The pho — Restaurant in Modesto

This is the third location in Modesto. Didn't really have high expectations because the other 2 restaurants have gone down hill. I ordered the pho tai & my partner ordered the dry noodle. Not sure what was going on in the kitchen, but they seemed to be struggling. It took almost 10 minutes for 2 bowls of noodles to come out. I know that the pho has a lot of MSG in it because I can taste it lingering in my mouth after eating. Although the filet mignon was tender, I received a huge clump of it in my bowl. It was completely stuck together. My partner said the dry noodle was ok. The only thing that I liked was the faux cherry blossom tree & monstera plants. Lol Not sure what cherry blossoms has to do with Vietnam or Vietnamese cuisine, but ok? Again, they seem to focus on decor & providing fancy furniture, utensils, cups, etc & less on the food. At all 3 restaurants, they seem to only hire 2 servers. Would give an overall rating of 3...

Was very disappointed with this place. I went with my husband 1 hour and 30 min before they closed and was turned away the guy didn’t even wait for me to walk in when he was already saying no dine in only take out mind you there was so much tables available and what I saw there was only 3 table with people so I was not understanding why we were not allowed to eat in the restaurant. I did ask and the guy just said no dine in so we left and never again going there now I see why it was...

I guess beware of what you’re buying? They had the Disney labubu for sale and charged me $45. Then a day later it went down to $40? When I went to ask they said since they aren’t selling they lower the price.
