Food was good. AYCE was pretty decent, kind of expensive for minimal list and the fact that its lunch only. There is only 6 special rolls included. Id definately reccomend double crab roll as that was our favorite. If you like soy paper they do only charge 1$ per roll. Staff was really nice and playful with my 2 kids(1y and 2y). Edit: Came here again for my birthday 1/16/21 and tried some there menu items. Got the Pad Thai or what was supposed to be Pad Thai and it was terrible. It has some sort of sweet sauce on it. I'm not sure what the hell that was but I wouldn't reccomend it. The noodles were like mush. For not being too busy it also took about an hour to get our food. We had 6 people with 3 entrees and the rest was sushi. They also added 20% tip to the bill for the 4-5 times the server came to our table with 2 of the times asking for her so we could get refills and ask where our food is. We also witness another gentlemen get up from his table to ask about his food. I don't think 20% was warranted this time around. The sushi we got was very good though. I hope you guys can do better next time.

Hit or miss here, came for a birthday with several family members, everyone enjoyed the food. The service was fast, food very good, but I think it’s inconsistent. Sometimes you get a good plate other times not as good as before. Because we eat here a lot, we notice the difference. We enjoy coming here and recommend to anyone, definitely enjoyable! UPDATE: May 2023- these guys are still very unorganized, they have carry out orders squeezing in between ppl waiting to dine in. They should have a separate pick up area from dine in customers. We’ve been coming here since it first opened and we gave them enough time to get organized, but 2 yrs later, still unorganized and food is hit or miss. Some locations serve the food a certain way and others differently, you don’t know if your orange chicken will be good or bad, disappointing. Chefs should all be trained to prepare food the exact same way at all locations. That’s the idea behind a franchise.

This restaurant by fire exceeded any expectations that I had. The portion sizes are enormous. The food was fresh. The staff and all people who worked there, including our server, was absolutely wonderful. The establishment was clean. And the service was fast. It was not difficult to get a table there. The most important thing I would like to say in this review is that the food was out of this world and the lunch menu is a very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this to family friends. Or people visiting out of town. I will definitely be returning with my friends.

Disappointing. I visited the Orland location for the first time a few weeks ago for celebrating birthdays and graduations. It was great! I drive down Lagrange and see another location in Mokena. Even Greater! It's actually closer to me. Today (6/24/19) i ordered 2 carryout dinners. One just chicken Hibachi...but the other for me because I had it before, I decided to be the big spender and do the chicken, steak, and shrimp and upgraded to shrimp fried rice for $4.50....Ummm I am kinda upset....first, 2 shrimp are supposed to come with dinner...collectively in my dinner it is 5 shrimp...oh and upgraded shrimp fried rice only had 2 shrimp...the other chicken hibachi meal, the shrimp weren't even included. Nothing has the authentic hibachi taste I am used to. Noodles are bland. Meat is just heavily sprinkled with pepper..and the meat and vegetables are in a liquid I am unfamiliar with. Unsure if this is a location issue, chef issue, carry out vs eating in issue...whatever the case. For the money I spent, time, and DISTANCE to get out there, I am pretty peeved to see I paid 4.50 for basically plain fried rice and 50 bucks for watery gravy and bland food...not to mention being skimped on my meat. I wanted this to be a 5 star and my new place to enjoy great food....alas, it did not work out that wayšŸ˜’šŸ˜”šŸ¤¦šŸ½ā€ā™€ļø...I will wait to see how the other person...

I really don’t like giving 1 star reviews but my experience here was very disappointing. We got the tempura vegetables, general Tso’s chicken and shrimp pad Thai. The vegetable tempura was decent-it was hot and freshly battered but the vegetables underneath we’re dry and old. The general Tso’s chicken was hard, dry and precooked. It came out ice cold and the sauce was disgustingly sweet and gelatinous. It was the worst Chinese food I’ve had. The fried rice it came with was hot but it didn’t taste right-it had a strange sweet taste. The pad Thai was different from any pad Thai we have had. It literally had a pink color and was drowning in sauce. The shrimp smelled and was not fresh. We didn’t eat the dishes. The restaurant itself was dirty and every surface was sticky. The restaurant had a familiar bad smell to it-it reminded me of old diners or failing chain restaurants like Applebee’s. Maybe the sushi is better but at this point I would not trust it. I would avoid the Chinese dishes and Thai dishes at this restaurant at the very least. Service was below average. We always tip very well at restaurants but I didn’t like how they hid the 18% gratuity. They called it a service charge. If I didn’t see it on the door walking in I may have missed it. Locations are going up everywhere but they really need to turn...

We have been eating at Wu's for years and most of the time the food is great. There have been times where it was a bit bland or dry, but the inconsistency was never bad enough where we would stop eating there, until yesterday. The order we made prior to this was less than good quality so I was already a little apprehensive to order from here but decided to give it one more try. We ordered sushi rolls for delivery and upon opening the first container, you could smell the fishiness of the food (no pun intended). I took one bite and the roll was rancid. Not an exaggeration, it wasn't that it tasted bad, it was actually spoiled. I contacted Grubhub immediately and got a refund for that roll. I took bites from a few other rolls and some were dry and you could tell were old, others were again at the point of the food turning rancid. It's obvious they did not serve us fresh food and possibly food that was several days old. I was curious to see if anyone had a similar experience and as I read other reviews, it seems they are developing a pattern of trying to turn out beyond less than fresh or quality food. My food was absolutely disgusting and the fact that they would let food go out that way, I have decided to never...
