I drove 20 mins to this Frankfort location. I placed an order paid for it then waited in my car for 30mins for it to be prepared. The cashier told me Rachel had voided my order and I would need to repay and wait for it all over again another 30 to 40 minutes. I was put on hold indefinitely and called back and got marquis who claimed to be the district manager (liar) He chose to play stupid like he couldn't comprehend what I was saying. Calling corporate tells you contact store or website. Website apparently doesn't work seems like pizza hut has a real scam going on here.
