Wingstop — Restaurant in Moline

UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I placed an online order at 6:54PM last night. Email said it would be ready 16--21 minutes. I got the the restaurant at about 7:15. It was very busy so I waited in line about 5-10 minutes to pick up my order. Once I got the the counter I gave the cashier my name and she looked at tickets and told me "you can have a seat. It hasn't even been started yet" I said "oh really?!" she just said "yah" They were extremely busy so no big deal. I was just surprised it hand been started when I had ordered 25+ minutes ago.

Finally, when the man that ordered in line right in front of me in line came to pick up his completed order I got up to ask if she could check to make sure she received my online order because he ordered long after me. She checked and it was sitting on the counter. She said it was bagged incorrectly with a delivery sticker and that's why she didn't see it. I ask how long its been sitting there because I expected it to be ready when I got to the store and if it was we don't want cold food. She told me I could check it and whatever was cold they would remake. It was all cold.

Now the bigger issue - she called the one of the cooks over to discuss remaking and he pointed the finger at me like it was my fault. He was angry. He accused me of being late even though we both explained I had been waiting forever. At this point it is nearly 8pm. He wasn't understanding so I said I would just take a refund. He seemed so angry I didn't feel comfortable with him remaking my food anyhow.. He told me he would call the general manager tomorrow about the refund. Again, he was so mad I thought he probably wouldn't so I just said forget it and took the food and left.

Their fries and ranch are my fave but I wont be...

I must say this by far one of the worst wingstop I’ve ever visited and to make matters worse I had my children ages 13 and 7 with me . First off I’ll start with the cleanliness of the restaurant (filthy) along with a huge sign posted on the restroom door (Out of order ) . Secondly before the cashier could even greet us she yells out 35 minutes for orders being placed in the store in hopes to stray customers away in some cases which she did . Myself and my children decide to dine in because it’s a Saturday evening and we wanted out the house . Fast forward to the food service although she said it would be 35 mins in about 12 mins my name was being called . I told the cashier the order was for here upon taking the order , she still put it in the bag . As she was doing so the fries fell over in the bag so she then thought it would be more helpful to put it on a dine in tray . Must I remind you the fries has drifted to the bottom of the bag . She then grabs gloves and thinks it’s okay to pick my fries up and put them back in the cardboard container they once fell out , after seeing the cashier fumble with my fries I asked her to politely just give me new fries (ugh). I proceeded to the table to eat with my children and were hungry so if course we dig in . The chicken was old ,cold , hard and just ridiculous. I just sat there in disgust knowing I should’ve left on the first red flag . I worked a 10 hr shift o was so tired I just let the manager know but they gave me the snottiest attitude, claimed that my children should’ve never eaten the chicken etc . I couldn’t argue nor put up a fight so I left so here I am now home writing this review in hopes that it would help someone else not to eat at...

Today was my first ever visit to wing stop. I've heard some decent things, so finally decided to give it a try. After a minute or two of approaching the counter, i was greated by what I can only describe as a lifeless human being. His Personality reminded me of that of Ben Stein. He was not rude by any means, but was also not friendly or helpful at all. As I waited for my food, i couldn't help but notice the general appearance of the dining area. It was nice enough but appeared to have not been cleaned since the store had been opened. There were all kinds of splatters and smears all over the walls. So I started to look around a little closer and noticed a plethora of cleaning neglect. There was a ridiculous amount of dust built up under the soda fountain and behind the cash register. The condiment stand and straw dispenser also appeared they may have never been cleaned. After seeing these things I strongly questioned the hygiene of the kitchen. However, I did not get sick, so it must not have been too bad! I made a trip to the bathroom and it was surprisingly clean. I was told the women's room was also quite clean. The saving grace for this review was the food. It was all quite good! It was all fresh and hot and the fries where fresh cut potatoes( which I am a huge fan of over regular frozen fries) but above all else, the ranch and blue cheese sauces were AMAZING!! They seamed to be made in house and were some of the best I've ever had. If i ever eat here again I will most likely be taking it togo. I definitely would have enjoyed my meal much more if it were not in that unkempt...
