Hungry Hobo — Restaurant in Moline

Autumn was nice. While I was punching my phone number in for the rewards, the lady with the freckles, rang up our order when I had two numbers left of my phone number. It ended my entry. I was extremely dissappointed! How was I to get credit for rewards? The lady immediately went to the back wall. Said it's no problem. There is a website I can use. I turned the receipt toward her & asked for help. That I have problems with using the computer. She talked VERY LOUD to me! She took the receipt & LOUDLY and took her her pen & distinctly pointed out there is no manager, so I need to do it myself!!! And pointed to the number! It must not have been the first time. She immediately knew what she did...She knew immediately where to get the information...She was bossy & LOUD! And never was sorry!!! Or offered...

Pretty expensive for a sub shop. Been to this place a couple of years ago, but now the prices are really high. Bought the king size hobo and was nearly $11 before taxes. The sandwich is mostly bread. Had very little meat on it and hardly any vegetables. Now granted the bread is very good, but I don't want to pay $11 for a French bread loaf. I left there feeling like I way overpaid for what I got. Also, took like 15 minutes to make my sandwich. I thought they forgot about my order. Left there feeling almost as hungry as before I arrived. There was a family of like 10 there when I was there and I'm sure they dropped $200 easily. Walked I and didn't have my mask on just yet, I was rudely told to put my mask on. I needed to use the bathroom, it was so dirty, the toilet was full of fecal matter, tried to flush and no such luck. Told the staff about the problem. Didn't seem really concerned about the bathroom, but more than me having my mask on. We decided since I needed to use the bathroom and the person I told picked up a broom to sweep the dinning area (which was a mess as well) instead of making progress on the bathroom. Our food, we ordered two sandwiches and ordered waffle fries that looked and tasted like they were put in the microwave. We didn't stay to eat like we had planned. Really not a good...
