Fast service, good food and willing to still stay late even during this pandemic. I was driving back from a long trip and called a number of restaurants that appeared to still be open late based on their house on Google, but upon calling they either didn't pick up or were closing hours prior to when it stated on their Google Listing.
While I can fully appreciate the challenge in updating your business hours on Google among so many other challenges during this pandemic, I was a bit surprised to see so many restaurants still not updating their business hours 3+ months into the pandemic becoming a national crisis.
That said, not only was this Arby's still open late, but they were very professional, fast and with great customer service. Even though it was clear the manager was likely there either by himself or only with limited staff, he was very prompt, very polite and upbeat, especially considering I arrived after 11pm.
The food was also hot, delicious and higher quality than I've had at other Arby's and especially at other fast food places like McDonald's.
If traveling this way again, I would absolutely make sure to stop back through here again, even if just to support the restaurant.
I had the Greek Gyro combo and the Turkey Bacon Ranch combo (my personal go-to whenever I stop at Arby's). Both had fresh, quality ingredients with the delicious flavor I always expect from Arby's. The turkey bacon ranch had high-quality turkey, crunchy thick bacon & delicious multi-grain whole wheat bread. The amount of turkey and bacon always surprises me since it's rare I get this much high-quality turkey, even at a McAlister's or Panera Bread, so it's always shocking to see a fast food restaurant outperform these staple sandwich shops. I would have normally taken photos but given the time frame and the fact I was driving I...
Read moreOn 6/11 at apx 8:30 pm we went to this Arby’s. The door to the dining room was locked. Cars wrapped around the building, waiting. As people got frustrated and drove to the KFC next door, we moved up to 2nd in line. I asked the lady in the car in front of me if anyone was working. She said they told her to wait.
The lady inside heard the remark, said they only had 2 people working at the store. The car lady said if she’d been told that she’d have left. Angry words were exchanged between them and the women in the car was called a “bit—h” and invited to leave. She did.
When we got to the speaker we were told the store was closed for everything but Door Dash business. That they only had 2 people working. Where was management? The franchise owner? Getting help from other Arby’s? You know Management 101 stuff…
Arbys is a good restaurant with a great menu. But… if you’re not staffed and ready…success has killed more businesses than outright failure.
We went to the other Arby’s on Indian Trail. Got what we wanted and served by friendly employee’s who value...
Read moreI've been a customer of this location for basically my whole life and ever since covid the service at this restaurant has been not great.
The last two times I've tried order from the drive thru as soon as I say what my order is, the employee bursts out laughing and said something i couldnt make out to another employee. I thought maybe the first time it was just a misunderstanding, but for it to happen the very next time I visited the drive thru it made me very uncomfortable and I just drove off. Is somebody back there cracking jokes about customers? That's what it seems like.
I've been to some other restaurants that had rude employees before but at least they had enough sense not to laugh like that when they were...
