My son and I went to Auntie Anne's because we love the Dayton Mall location. When I walk up to the register the manager (female) is staring at me. I say, "Hello!" and her response is, "What can I get cha?" So I order my food in OCP's ( Army camo uniform) She's training this girl and the rest of the staff look terrified and like they don't enjoy their jobs. She gives a total and I pulled a military ID since she wasn't going to give me the discount as that they do for military members. She hands me my food and doesn't even say anything. This auntie Anne's was offering a promotion that sold coupons for their pretzels at checkout, but then when we came back to the exact same location to use the coupons they refused to accept them. Now I have to contact my credit card company to try to get refunded but since it's been over 30 days I don't know if I'll be able to. At best this is bad business and we'll never go back at worst it seems like it should be illegal.
