Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Monroe

Ordered my pizza online to be ready 45 minutes after my order. Showed up at the time the order was to be ready and sent my husband in to pick up our food and he was told that the cheesesticks were not ready. He texted me to call and find out about the order. So I called from the car and the woman who answered the phone couldn't find my order in the system (although hubby had already paid for it). So I went in while I was on hold with her and it was a mess. Long line of disgruntled folks waiting for their food or to pay for their food. I recognized the voice of the woman who I spoke with on the phone and got her attention and finally got our food (ended up waiting 30 minutes for the cheesesticks). I asked for ranch and was told it would be 50¢...I said, are you serious, we have been waiting for 30 minutes for our cheesesticks...she responded, I have to ask the manager. We walked out. Horrible customer service. They were not short-staffed...there was plenty of staff milling around...no management to speak of. Avoid this place if you think you will get your food when it...

DISGUSTING PIZZA! NO ONE SHOULD EAT HERE. My sister bought pizza for her family and as she was handing the slices out she noticed hair in the box. It wasn't just a "strand" it was literally as if someone cut a section of their hair and put it under the pizza. She called back to report the she wanted her a different pizza, and she didn't mind taking back the pizza to pizza hut, but instead of the lady on the phone saying ok no problem she said "there wasn't any hair on it and I cut it myself." My sister informed her that we could take a picture as well as take her the hair if they wanted her too. My sister then told them that she just wanted her money back. They told her ok but you have to come here to get the money. In the end we gave them back the pizza along with their hair. Hopefully it finds its proper owner. Rude service and unsanitary. This place has had too many compliments about the quality of their food and restaurant and their employees. Health department has to shut this place down before they get someone really sick and...

I placed an order for pickup and was pleased that my food was ready right on time. The restaurant was clean with a 100% sanitation grade, and the customer service was absolutely stellar—friendly, prompt, and professional.

However, I have to be honest—the pizza sauce did not sit well with me. The flavor was noticeably different, almost as if the recipe had been changed. I was only able to eat one slice, and I am not sure if it will stay down. It is disappointing when brands alter the very recipes that make them unique and recognizable. Consistency is key, and sudden changes can really impact loyal customers.

Still, I give four stars because everything else—the service, cleanliness, and readiness—was excellent. I just hope Pizza Hut reconsiders tampering with what used to be a signature taste.

Update - I wasn't able to hold down my food. Something in the sauce just isn't the same, which is really sad because the pizza itself was beautiful. So I have to go from...
