Checkers — Restaurant in Monroe

At 11:38am 01/09/2024 a female employee working drive thru had the nastiest attitude when answering the speaker. All that was stated from me was “all I need is an apple pie” and she answered back saying “we have other customers ahead of you” as if I did something wrong. I told her back that I wasn’t requesting with an attitude and she implied that I was and stated I was snitching on myself and I said that I wasn’t snitching on myself at all. She then told me to have a good day and did not want to take my order so I said you have a good day as well because at that point I didn’t want anything anymore from the location.

1. first mess up: she didn’t tell me at the speaker even though she had others ahead :Hold one moment please
2. I could have been anyone at the speaker, I could have been someone from corporate! ☺️ How would you know? Fix your...

Horrible unprofessional service. Waiting in line 15 minutes to order. Then had to pull in a parking spot and wait an ADDITIONAL 35-40 minutes all for them to send a worker out to tell me they never made my order, due to another customer inconvenience that came well after me! The manager Ms. Danielle was absolutely no help, and only offered me a 10pcs wing and forget the burgers. So after waiting almost a hour and being late for work, and still not even getting my food, I will not recommend this unorganized new business to anyone! I would leave zero...

I wish I could give negative stars. This is the second time I tried out Checkers. I went 4 months ago and had a terrible experience so I thought we’ll maybe it’s because they are new and the crew is still learning….. Nope this time was worse. The employees were more worried about each others gossip then any customer. The girl at the window basically threw my food and never spoke to me because she to busy with the gossip inside the store. I promise this was my last visit here unless we get a whole new crew and management....
