Iām a frequent customer to this Dunkin location. Iāve met the manager multiple times during my visits as he is working the drive thru , always pleasant and friendly. The staff overall is very nice and always pleasant.
Todays visit was the only exception to not getting five stars. This could have been a five star review, but based on todayās customer service experience, it sadly will only be a 4 star review.
This morning I placed a mobile order for 30 minutes before arriving to the location, give me enough time to have my order prepared ahead of time. If I arrive to the location and went inside to pick up my mobile order, since the line was very long as it normally is during this time, which is understandable, thatās why I placed a mobile order because I know that having one less person getting in line, can keep things moving right along. I was able to approach the counter and let them know that I was here to pick up my mobile order. The lady at the front was very nice and was gathering my items for me.
However, the secondary lady who was spoken to about getting a latte together for my order, made it very rude and spiteful, comment saying ā well, sheās gonna have to wait till after this order, and his order, and their order,ā in a very rude and spiteful manner. I was more than happy to wait for my latte. I had no problem doing so, I was only trying to be thoughtful and not take up another space in line where they could be serving another customer since I had already paid for my order well ahead of time.
Not sure if this person was just really having a bad day, but the comment was made right in front of my face as Iām standing there. I thought that it was very rude and inappropriate and itās some thing that shouldnāt have been said. Iām a very loyal customer who comes to this location if not every other day, but at least four times a week. Iāve never been treated that way here and Iām sad that this person thought that it was appropriate to act in such a manner.
I relayed my concerns to the corporate office, and I have full confidence that they will be reaching out to the manager who owns this establishment. Iāve met him. Heās a wonderful person and very understanding.

She seemed incredibly unhappy and tired, she took our order and had to ask multiple times what we ordered. She was taking orders and making them despite a full staff working . Then when the drinks came out one was wrong, I told her it was supposed to be hot and a medium, and she just looked at me dumbfounded so I grabbed it (we waited a long time). By the time we got to the car half of my husband's drink was gone and we realized she gave us a cup with a hole in it. By this point the drink was all over us, and the car. My husband went back in with the drink and no one would acknowledge him so he waited 15 minutes with a dripping empty cup in the lobby. She finally remade both drinks (took about 30 mins) in which time a couple of other people walked out tired of waiting noting that the staff was ignoring my husband. When she did finally acknowledge him her response was "oh". Not an I'm sorry or anything like that ... Just "oh". When we finally got home we noticed her hair ON one of the donuts.
This was just... A really bad experience that didn't need to happen. I would say it was just this one person, but everyone else that worked there also just walked right by my husband with a large dripping cup and said nothing. We now get to spend Sunday afternoon cleaning up sticky Carmel coffee from our car, clothes and my handbag. I recently visited this Dunkin' Donuts. While I usually enjoy their tasty treats, I must say that my experience was dampened by the overall cleanliness of the establishment.
Upon entering the building, I couldn't help but notice the lack of cleanliness. The floors appeared to be dirty, with noticeable stains and debris scattered around. The tables and chairs also seemed to be in need of a thorough cleaning, as they were sticky and had visible crumbs.
The restroom facilities were another disappointment. The floors were wet and slippery, and the trash bins were overflowing with paper towels. It seemed like the staff hadn't paid much attention to the cleanliness and maintenance of the restroom area.
Aside from the cleanliness issue, the service itself was average. The staff seemed preoccupied and not very attentive. It took longer than expected to place my order and receive it, which was frustrating considering the relatively simple nature of ordering donuts and coffee.
Despite these negative aspects, I must acknowledge that the donuts themselves were enjoyable, maintaining the expected taste and quality of Dunkin' Donuts. The selection was decent, and they were fresh and flavorful.
However, based on my visit, I would suggest that Dunkin' Donuts management pay closer attention to maintaining a clean and inviting environment for their customers.
