I ordered through the app the blueberry biscuits got my food the chicken biscuit was delicious but I waited til later to eat my blueberry biscuits but found out that I got cinnamon rolls I was upset because no one told me so it took them back to the store & went in I thought they were closed because everyone was sitting down. Nobody was working but I guess not because they didn't have any business. But anyway, I was met with a lady that had a headband on in glasses, and she was very rude. She wasn't trying to help me at all, and then she called for a manager bce i was sure if she was but the white guy came up he was the only one that tried to help me with the situation and stuff. I just don't understand that if they don't have an item, why is it not deactivated on the app? He told me that they don't have any control over that that he's been trying to call the people to get it deactivated, because they hadn't had the blueberry biscuits in months and that they keep giving him the runaround. My thing is the girl in the DT should have said something even the receipt said blueberry biscuits so why would you not ask the paying customer if it was ok to switch i wouldn't have said yes or no but atleast it showed that they cared somewhat i just didnt like the attitude that I was met with, either mean everyone except the white guy had an attitude...

Having worked in customer service for over 35years I'm ashamed and disapointed if a manager was on site last night .Of the 3 associates I saw one had to have had keys to lock up, and be some sort of a manager. I ordered $33.00 of food for my family and not only did they short me 3 items when I told the cashier she said "too bad, can't help you we're closed." No I'm sorry, just shut the window in my face. I understand it was 20mins prior to close but didn't appreciate everytime I ordered something another voice spoke over the person I was dealing with repeatedly saying "we don't have any", "we're out". We waited behind another car and when we pulled up to the window to pay, the lights were turned off when I got to the window. Had she not already charged my card I would have just drove somewhere else. Shame on Hardees for hiring terrible rude employees and management. I'll make sure I tell everyone not to eat there. Read moreI wish I could give zero stars! We came late at night before closing (let me start by saying I know they were closing soon. I don't expect them to be fast with short staff late at night. I used to work fast food so I understand the struggle).
We ordered a sandwich, some chicken tenders, 2 drinks and fries. At the drive thru speaker while trying to speak to the guy taking our order, a nasty woman spoke over him 3 different times saying "we dont have any" or "we out of that" etc, interrupting him. He missed items in our order probably because of this. We only got chicken tenders and 1 drink handed to us, and when my mom asked the woman (the one who was being rude to begin with) about it, she said he didnt ring it up and she cant help because "we closed." I used to work at McDonald's in the most ghetto areas and I never gave or was given that kind of terrible service. $33 for a 3 piece, 5 piece and 10 piece makes no sense, and we didn't get all our food. We will be calling and getting compensation when we aren't busy....
