My brother and I stopped by the Taco Bell to get the much anticipated Mexican Pizza that we missed so much. When we arrived we were greeted rudely by the attendant at the counter. I have never had a good experience ordering anything from the kiosk. Since Taco Bell in all their infinite wisdom decided to force people to order from them instead of at the register we had little choice. We placed our order and triple checked it for accuracy. Then we proceeded to the cash register to pay. The same rude attendant whom we met when we arrived took our cash and acted as if it were a hassle. We took our seat and waited for them to call our name. After a few minutes our food was ready and we were really excited to get the long missed Mexican Pizza at last! We opened the lid and discovered the sour cream was left off. We paid for it and adding sour cream was what made it really pop for taste. So my brother took them to the counter with the receipt. The lady who approached was the manager on duty and told my brother that it would be an extra charge. He told her that he already paid and then showed her the receipt. She then got loud and obnoxious with my brother asking him why he had an attitude when he simply wanted to get what he paid for. The manager then made a huge scene and told my brother and I to leave the store or she would call the police. He laughed and told her to go ahead. The same manager and attendant had refused to help a woman asking for some water to mix up formula for her baby just a few minutes before. All the woman wanted was someone to show her where the water dispenser was on the fountain drink machine. They were rude and unhelpful to her as well. The police arrived and we talked to them. They did not ask us to leave. In fact they were more concerned that the manager called them over sour cream than allowing them to patrol the streets and keep citizens safe. The manager is really useless as well as the attendant. They have no sense. I am also reporting this to corporate headquarters. Having worked in retail and been a manager I know this is unacceptable behavior and very unprofessional. Quite frankly I am a bit put off of Taco Bell because of the removal of several key favorites and them forcing people to use a kiosk now they apparently allow people who are blatantly rude run their stores. Read moreI ordered online and my boyfriend picked it up while having me on speaker phone (because there's ALWAYS an issue with an online order, not always the same issue but ALWAYS something), this time I ordered 2 of the loaded nacho fries, swapping the ground beef for steak in both and adding black beans to 1 of those.. well the first issue tonight was them being out of nacho fries, and their first offer to resolve it was saying I could ask for a refund in the app 🤦🏽♀️ thats a headache usually, and takes a while if it ever gets approved.. yet Taco Bell has permanently offered seasoned potatoes for well over a decade, maybe even 2.. so I suggested subbing the nacho fries in the loaded fry trays with the seasoned potatoes so I could still eat something, but why was I the one to consider that swap which saves/makes the location money by serving me a cheaper/regular product instead of suggesting I just don't get my food 🙄 SECOND ISSUE IS THAT NEITHER LOADED NACHO FRIES TRAY HAS STEAK, OR ANY MEAT WHATSOEVER!!! I paid for that upgrade on BOTH trays, y'all tried to give me my money back instead of doing your job, and then still failed at your job when I spelled it out step-by-step, cause y'all didn't even understand what I meant by "just swap or sub the fries for the seasoned potatoes" and I clearly stated I still wanted ALL OF THE SAME TOPPINGS/INGREDIENTS BESIDES THE DAMN FRIES

Read more2:06 on monday june 24th: All the ladies who worked there were mindfully ignoring my family, after us waiting five minutes at the counter they told us to use the devices they had on the wall to order, the wall menu was oily the touchscreen left a bad smell on my hand. We order our food and drinks, and tho there is a choice of what drink you want they give you a cup of your own to fill up – making the drink selection on the device pointless and a waste of time unless you want a frozen drink or coffee. They acted like talking to us was a chore, constantly bickering behind the counter ignoring us when we asked for lids for our drinks since they were out of lids at the dispenser. They get paid for nothing, the floor was riddled with crumbs, hours old sticky spill marks on the floor, tables had crumbs and were also sticky, most of the drink options were empty or on the verge(because they tasted like water). They had no lids and no napkins — I had to open up the whole container to reach down at the very few napkins. The garbage reeked and ruined our appetites, and the girls who 'worked' there were slacking off. Not only do they not have to take orders thanks to the devices – they don't even have to clean anymore? I used to like Taco Bell but now I dread it and would rather go hungry than settle for it again. I will not make the mistake of going here ever again, I hope you don't either. Worst 30 bucks...
