Bojangles — Restaurant in Monroe

This is my first five star post review at Lowe's it's always somebody near to help you they just all over the place I just love that because the way I was feeling when I went in there I could not walk and get what I needed and no sooner than I walked in the door I seen someone and they went and got the item that I needed and not only was it one person it was two people the first man went and got what I needed the second one said can I help you with something as well? I mean they was on point. If people don't know then, they need to know that, customer service is very, very ,very important. The way you talk to a person people can tell weather or not you really want to help them because if you really want to help them you going to be smiling so hard like you just won a million dollars and you will be moving quickly at a steady pace. Moving fast mean nothing to some people but some people really do be in a hurry they be trying to get back to work from being on a lunch break or trying to get home and cook their husband and children dinner or wherever they need to go and people be moving like they got molasses in there behind that's really not cool at all and if you been working 7 days straight if y'all short of help then that's understandable but you need to maintain what is expected of you because you don't know what a person has been through that day and they just may need your smile your compassion smile they may not have no family, nobody to vent to or maybe they just moved in the neighborhood and they have no one to communicate with yet and with the covi19 going on a lot of people is going through so I say, if you're in customer service do your best and let God do the rest and see what happens. Smile as if Jesus in front of you, work like you working for Jesus. Go get your blessing! praise the Lord!!! If someone's reading this and don't believe in God then that's your lost.

Ps. It just might be you who need a smile one day. Thank you and everyone...

Edit: my food was brought out to me at 11:45. The employee apologized for the wait and was very nice. Even said she made sure to switch out my Bo rounds because she noticed it had been sitting and getting cold. 2 star review changed to 5. They made it right and I believe in second chances.

I have been going to this restaurant for years. But today I had an experience I will not forget. I did curbside pickup. It’s the day after Christmas so I expect wait times to be extra. No problem. I call and tell them I am here. They say they will be right out. The app says my food is ready at 11:07. At 11:30 I call again to see how much longer it will be and make sure they didn’t forget because I know that can happen. I did not raise my voice or have an attitude. I just called to ask. The person on the other end cuts me off and starts going on me about how they are short handed and will bring it out when they can; once it’s packed. It is now 11:40. The app said my food was ready at 11:07. I still have no food and I have a bad taste in my mouth for the customer service. I have seen 10 cars go through the drive through since I’ve been here. I only ordered two meals. Not even any customizations. I am very displeased with the...

Unbelievably BAD!!!! 👎 Do you all not read your numerous 1 star reviews, or does management just not care? We ordered dinner from here tonight on our way back home from the beach and our food was completely wrong, which we only discovered after making it all the way home, about 30 minutes away. It seems as if we received somebody else's order entirely!

This is apparently common practice of giving very poor customer service and I wish I had seen all these negative comments before deciding on stopping here as we had a couple of people in our family who had to go without because we were missing several items, including chicken. The employees have apparently closed up and went home, or they're ignoring the ringing phone, because no one answers when I call to inform them of their mistake.

We will never return to another Bojangles, but definitely not this location, if we should ever have a craving and change our minds!! This is...
