I had an awful day and only wanted to order dinner and go to bed. I ordered an 8 corner with pepperoni and green pepper with a garlic sesame crust, a 4 corner with pepperoni bacon and banana peppers, and a deep dish cheese bread extra cheese with no Parm or sprinkle cheese. I asked 3 times about the 8 corner cause last time I was given a regular deep dish. He assured me. The 4 corner was correct. The 8 corner didn't have the green pepper or the 8 corners and also no garlic sesame crust. The cheese bread had the sprinkle cheese and didn't seem like it had extra cheese. When I received it I called and spoke with a manager and told him all this. He said the cheese bread probably had sesame seeds on it. Since when does any pizza place but that on cheese bread? He was very rude. He said he would credit the pizza. I asked about the bread where he said I will credit a pizza. I again asked and he said the same thing and then said you didn't even tell me about the bread til now. No sir I told you exactly what was wrong when I first spoke with you. Placed a order online for 2 hours later. I get there. They tell me 10 more minutes which means they haven't made it yet. To add insult to injury a nice lady walk in ordered her food as I was waiting and guess what she got her food before mine. I sat there for 40 minutes waiting. As soon as the lady got her food I asked where is my pizza. And yup sitting in the hot box. Definitely going to have to go to another location that prides them selves on service.
