Lia's Pizza — Restaurant in Monroe

Was working in Monroe today, and looking for a slice of pizza. Came upon Lia’s, and was at first dismayed that they were not serving slices. But they got creative during this new normal and now offer a “personal pizza” “in about 5 minutes.” Took a chance. Winner! The 10” pie was fresh, delicious, and way better than any reheated slice! Generous cheese and sauce, and great price! It was enough to satisfy 2 (tho I could easily have eaten the whole thing myself) Will def be going back many times while we are in town...

Absolutely hands down the best Italian pizzeria/ restaurant around!!!! We recently had some family & friends over and ordered from the catering menu and a few pizza pie’s and we were not disappointed!!! Wow! They say “it’s all in the sauce”!! Delish!!

If you're from New York and miss authentic Sicilian pizza, this is the place. Superb! Everything is good, but this is hands down the best Sicilian pie in the entire state. Moved out of the area, but would travel just for the Sicilian. Thick, but light and airy in the middle, dark and crispy around the edges, delicious sauce, perfect amount of cheese. You don't leave 1/4" of the crust. Eat...
