Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Monroe

Since the new management has taken over this place has become awful. The customer service is bad, the wait ridiculous, & know one seems to know what they're doing. My husband placed an order for a pizzas & bread sticks, was told it would be 20 minutes & it was not busy. It took over an hour. Yesterday I placed a delivery order, got the email confirmation. When the driver showed up there they said they couldn't find the order in their system. I called support, whi called them & they said they found the order & handed it to the driver. Turns out that was a lie. An hour & a half later I got a message that my order was canceled. When I called them they still claimed they handed it to the driver less than 15 minutes after I placed the order. When I contacted support today for a refund they said they never found my order in...

If I could give 0 star for this place and its service, I would. I placed an order for two pepperoni over the phone and they told me it will take 15 minutes for it to be ready. I waited 30 minutes just to make sure it’s ready for pickup. I came to pick up the order and they told me they did not put in the order and that I will have to wait another 30 minutes for them to complete the order. I first ask the order taker if they even put in my order when I called, he said no and I ask why not? He then lied to me that they did put in the order, but he first told me they didn’t put in my order. What a shameful business with no integrity such liar do not deserve my money. I will never order from this shameful place ever again. I suggest go some place else like Domino’s or another pizza place for...

Horrible customer service everytime I walk in the door I can see the workers in the back using their phone one time I order an ultimate supreme and pepperoni with Italian bread which they should of been ready because that's little caesars motto hot and ready they made me wait for the pizzas they said 15 minutes , 15 minutes had passed I wanted 20 more minutes on top of those 15 minutes so when I ask about my order pizzas were ready and they said my Italian bread was going to be 15 minutes more but I heard them saying to each other they forgot the italian cheese bread it would of been better to know when the pizzas was ready and for them to take responsibility for their mistake and I still left home with cold pizza and no bread, it's not the first time things like...
