Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Monroe

Pizza was good like normal. Only issue was the wait time. Was supposed to be about eleven minutes? Wound up being over 30. I didn't mind the wait, but having to wait over twenty minutes long was kinda ridiculous. But, the pizza was definitely fresh. And it even tasted better than last time i was there. UPDATE: Went there again today 04/26/22. Was excellent as usual. Had to wait on pizza to be made. Which is fine that way we know it was fresh and hot. The man in the window said 10 to 15 minute wait. So that would have put it at 5pm or 5 minutes after 5. They brought out the pizza at 4:57pm. SO they have definitely improved on the wait time for the pizza. And this was the 1st time i have ever had them bring it out to the car. So a 5 star rating from me this visit. Update 8/25/22. Went today and got the new Fancerioni Pepperioni Have to say that it is different than the standard Hot and ready pepperoni. First is the boatload of pepperoni. Second is the increased amount of sauce But the main thing you notice is the nice little kick of spiciness in the pepperoni. Not that they are super spicy or hot. But you can definitely tell, immediately. so if you want something a little different but still has the same taste you're used to, then maybe this is the pizza for you. Also would like to note. Once I placed my order the lady said 15 minutes before they would be ready. They was ready in 12. So definitely gotta give them a shout out for that. seems they are improving in...

The store closes at 10 pm on Tuesdays. I arrived at 9:15 pm last night, the doors were locked but the drive thru was open. I didn't see there would be any reason to place an online order since I arrived there in plenty of time to order something in line at the drive thru. There were 3 cars ahead of me. By the time I got up to the window it was 9:34 pm. The male attendant that was working the window informed me that they turn off the ovens at 9:30 and they couldn't turn them back on, (4 minutes)!!! He said, i couldn't place an order since the ovens were off and they didn't have any leftover pizzas. I asked him if they had anything at all available. He said, they had one order of breadsticks and 2 chicken wings. I told him I had been in line for 20 minutes waiting to place an order. He said, "I'm sorry ma'am, it's not my fault." I told him, "yes, it is your fault. You locked the door and you made me sit in your drive thru line. You turned off your ovens and have no extra pizzas for me to buy" I left there very angry without anything to eat. I ended up driving to your competitors Domino's Pizza and had complete above excellent service. It only took them 15 minutes to have my order done and in my hands. I ordered my food at their store, it was not an online order. I left their store...

After waiting nearly 25 minutes for the ONE vehicle that was already at the window. I then approach the window to order. Just to get told they don't have any pizzas ready, which I understand.... Alot of entry level jobs are having a hard time finding help... Nothing wrong with that, however waiting an additional 25 minutes for my pepperoni "hot but not ready" has now put me at nearly a hour wait. Not sure... If they can only make a pizza at a time, but with no one coming in or by, I would think they could have attempted to catch up. I also get told there is no crazy bread.... No offer for a wait time on that either..... Like I said. I'm cool with waiting with a company that's short staffed. But if that's the case. Please ensure your employees are friendly and able to not detour your customers away. The staff was not friendly, not informative, and left little regard for consumer care or the business as a whole. I did recieveve a pretty warm pizza that still tastes mediocre. I've eaten little caesers hundreds of times, and have recieved a cold hot and ready that was more flavorful with a better experience than tonight. I do appreciate affordable pizza, however the crazy wait time could have been a better experience, with a more experienced customer service...
