I am aware of the Covid-19 and also deemed an essential worker for my workplace; however, this is unacceptable. With that out of the way on wards to my review. My girlfriend and I ordered Online to be ready for pick up around 1:05 PM , which I have provided the order transaction for this review. So I decide to go drive there, line is full and warping around the shopping plaza where this Panda Express is located. I notice there is not a sign for curbside pickup, but hiring now. I get there around 1:06 PM, a little late but promptly. I am trying to notice an area to park and collect my order ahead of about eight cars in front of me blocking the path from parking up front. I see a guy in a truck, We'll just call him Sam. Sam pulls up beside the line and confirms his order on his cellphone and waits, I'm only assuming, don't personally know what he did. So he gets his food and I stop and ask the lady, "Hey I'm here to pick up an online order." Then she tells me that I will have to go through the drive-thru like everyone else. So I wait and wait for about 25-30 minutes before I finally get to the order window. I state my name, and I'm here to pick up an online order. No problems here. Once I'm finally at the Pick up window, I state my name and wait for roughly another six minutes, because they are now fixing my order. Now as you have guessed it, I'm seething at this point, but still keeping it cool. I notice another customer that was three cars ahead of me, walked to the drive thru to complain about they messed up his order. They fixed his and gave him his bag back. Once I finally got my food, I pulled to the adjacent parking lot to check the food. My girlfriend's order was right, I was skeptical about the Black Peppered Angus Beef in my bowl, but saw it was the teriyaki chicken. Instead of seeming ungrateful and didn't want to be that customer, I ate my chicken eggroll and drove home. Once I told my girlfriend what happened, she was upset that she charged the premium for when we didn't even get our premium order. She ate her food, but I was disheartened and this was the last straw at this Panda express location. Please review the attached photos and tell me if that bowl does not have the premium black peppered Angus beef. She states that she would like compensation for the order being incorrect; while I would like your business to be more strict on this curbside pickup confusion. I would rather my food a little cold prepared than for me waiting an additional 25-30 minutes for an online order that should have been ready when I arrived. Then as a black man, I feel a certain kinda way when Sam was given his food and drove off while I was told to wait in drive thru to let them know I have an online order. While I thank you all for being essential and proving us with food, this was inexcusable for someone who made an online order, and because I didn't have the app I had to wait to get my meal which was never prepped in the first place. This will be our last time dining with panda, and we enjoy your food. But Even during trying times like this, this is not accommodating to anyone that just wants food and to remain safe.

The lobby was closed due to a "truck delivery " even though there was no truck visible anywhere. Not to mention it was a Sunday at 7pm. After going to the door and making a gesture asking why it's closed I was given a dirty look that seemed like their way of saying screw off. We decided to use the drive-through. At the window I asked for a extra fork as I have twin babies that share a plate before I was finished asking she interrupted me and told me I have everything i need In the bag. After I asked her again and explained I have an extra kid with me and she said again theres extra in there. I Asked clearly if there were 6 forks to which again i was cut off with a smug attitude of a response . To my surprise it was short 1 fork. We drove back 30 seconds after pulling off from drive through and they had the dinner open. She could have told me at the window that they were about to open the dinning room or at least had the deceny to leave her degeneracy at the door when she clocked in. She saw i was with my 4 kids on a road trip and decided to give me nothing but demaning attitude in response to my simple and polite request. She really pissed me off to be honest, attitude goes a long way, and she went a long way in the wrong direction!

My wife got me to try this tonight. It really surprised me. The food was delicious and it reminded me of Yummy Japan. The staff was really friendly and knowledgeable about the food. If you are cruising through Monroe, give it a try. Panda Express is right off the interstate.

Went through last night around 9. Pulled up to order at drive through and ordered the teriyaki chicken and 2 orders of spring rolls and large coke. 2 or 3 cars ahead of me takes around 5 or 10 mins to get to window. Woman says total is 14 and some change hand her card and she hands me a bag and my card and receipt back, I ask where is my drink and she said didn't charge you for one, now at this time id been on my feet working about 15hrs or so, im dead tired and out of action I just hand her my card back. Bout soon as I realized what I did I attempted to get her attention and told her I want to cancel everything and want a refund well she continues to fix the drink and charge my card for a 2nd time then opens the window and ask what I want. Told her I want to cancel everything and a refund and she ask why, told her I wasn't pleased and just not happy, she says I cant refund you and will have to call corporate, told her no get me the manager I just want a refund and to be on my way. The manager named micha shows up and ask what's the issue I explain it, I told her when I ordered i said repeatedly and loudly I wanted a drink at the order menu and I didn't get one, she refused to refund me but offered to only refund the drink but that's not what I want told her I'm tired ive been on my feet 15hrs and I just want my money back, she refuses and says that her cashier just made a mistake and that we as the customer should just accept that mistake and its not her job to fix the mistake made or the cashiers job to fix the mistake they made, just accept it and move on and they are not at fault. We went back and forth a bit more and I finally just gave up took food and drink and went home. Very very very disappointed and with that attitude and running a business that way I believe they will have many more issues. She kept saying that the mistake isn't there responsibility and thah human to human we should just accept it and take the lose and move on.

DO BETTER PANDA EXPRESS. DO WAY WAY BETTER.

is it the company policy to tell the customer to just accept there mistake and move...

My mom and I had our first visit at Panda Express store 2933 in Monroe, La and it did not go well at all. We ordered our food and was told it would be 10 minutes on one of the items that was ordered. We did not mind waiting and pulled around. After about 30 minutes of waiting and watching countless customers come through both the drive through and inside the building get their orders and were gone. My mom decided to call in to see why 10 minutes had turned into now 35. The manager Kristie gave a bogus answer in her best condescending tone. After 10 more minutes my mom went in. After about 5 more minutes I went in as my grandmother was with us also and needed to eat in order to take her medication. The manager Kristie never asked my mom her name and only referred to her by the VEHICLE that she drove. The workers in the inside were very nice offering free drinks that WE DECLINED as the manager should have offered but she did not. The manager KRISTIE at store 2933 started to be verbally combative with her staff because SHE never TOLD THEM to start on our order we ended waiting about an HOUR AND 5 MINUTES TOTAL for our order. MANAGER KRISTIE STATES THE COMPANY DOES NOT GIVE REFUNDS NOR COULD SHE GIVE THE NUMBER TO THE CORPORATE OFFICE. I saw no signs supporting what KRISTIE the manager was stating. The Staff under her did a wonderful job. BUT MANAGER KRISTIE WAS YELLING AT THEM TO HURRY ON AN ORDER SHE NEVER TOLD THEM TO START ON IN THE...
