This place is understaffed and always only has one worker working. Even during peak hours like 3pm they only have one worker. It’s always a long line due to this issue. The workers also don’t consider people’s time they will take 10 minutes to make one drink not considering the long line they have. I paid 6.99 for one drink I asked for blondie expresso with cold form. She gave me 10% coffee and 90% cold foam. She also did not fill my drink up considering I paid 7 dollars for this drink. So I asked her to fill it up and she refused. She had a nasty attitude. When I go to pjs coffee or anywhere else for that matter and order a 7 dollar drink it usually last like 2 hours I can’t finish the whole thing in one sitting. But with this drink in 4 sips the whole thing was gone. It was all cold foam. She was very inconsiderate . Imagine I’m telling her to fill it up and her saying flat out no.

If I could add no stars I would. When I am hone for the holidays I always stop by Starbucks in Target. Thet are always out of something. I purchase the white chocolate mocha frappuccino 5 days out of the week in Texas and I am a rewards member. Since it is the Holiday season I order the toasted white chocolate mocha frappe. I was disturbed this time I placed my same order and the barista said I could not have 4 pumps of the toasted white chocolate sauce. I did not understand why she will tell me that when I place this order daily. She stated the the manager stated they will have to add extra to the cost. I have never heard of this before. This is the worst. I would like to have my money back so I may order at another store who is worthy.. and I had to order a tall when wanted a grande.

The absolute weakest cup of coffee I’ve ever had in my life. I ordered a hot Caramel Macchiato and my husband ordered a Mocha Frappe.....his tastes like chocolate water and mine is mostly hot milk. Highly disappointed since I can only get to a Starbucks when we go an hour out of town.

Edited to add: the staff (2 people) were for sure overwhelmed with the huge crowd they had, however they DID handle it as well as they could and were decently efficient, but sadly the efficiency was at the cost of the quality of the...
