Verizon — Local services in Monroe

Highly don't recommend. This Authorized Verizon Retailer allowed an unauthorized user (my mother) to finance a $1000 phone on my account without my husband's or my prior authorization (we are the only authorized users on the account). We would have been responsible for paying the monthly installments for the phone, not my mother. I instructed my mom tp return the phone because she could get a free upgrade at the actual verizon store. When the phone was returned, this Authorized Retailer still charged my mother fees for a transaction that they knew they should not have performed in the first place. My mother is old and knows little about phones. They told her that her current phone was broken and couldn't be repaired (not true because it still works). Then convinced her to finance an IPhone 16. Will saved my day. My cell peadhone had gone dead & I thought it only needed a overnight charge. After charging all nite it was still dead this am. I called my server Sprint who advised they were open today. Raced over & advised they were closing Monroe store, sent me to Best Buy who advised I needed appointment. Decided to stop in Verison, met Will & after checking my phone advised I only needed new Charger. Very knowledgable & professional. Will is a asset to the franchise....

Even though I wasn't there for myself I still felt staff did a Good job. The customer service rep that we had to speak with while there that was an epic fail!! Then the tech support we spoke with after that hit it out of the park. So if I was to need a Verizon dealer then yeah I will probably go there.
