I have had several really bad experiences with the Monroe Zales. I bought a piece of jewelry there that needed to be repaired. They quoted me 2 weeks to repair it, but it took 6. I called every few days to check on it after the second week, which they weren’t happy about. The manager even got on the phone at one point and told me to stop calling them! And this last time made me regret ever going there in the first place. I got engaged and needed the ring resized. They didn’t even ask me to resize it. Just returned it and took a month of calling and calling and calling to get our refund. The staff wouldn’t even return our calls then and would not accommodate us whatsoever.
