I work in the mall and there is never any pretzels prepared at the time of mall opening . They always tell you " its drinks only" not only are you losing business but its unprofessional. Baking takes time , staff should come in early to ensure there is product to purchase at the OPENING of the mall. why are the lights on if you have no product to sell? and $16 for a pretzel drink and cheese? most businesses give a discount to mall employees however you guys dont offer that . and it makes sense seeing that your not open on time or generating business to show your fellow mall staff appreciation. Seeing that we are probably the biggest supporters. I enjoy the pretzels and drinks but for what they cost you guys should be open on time...

You're charging $10 of pretzel now and you're seriously asking customers for tips?

Absolutely ridiculous they are not serving anything they're handing you the pretzel and done maybe you guys should pay the workers more so you don't have to try to and sanitize them...

Used to love this place. I would get a pretzel every time I came to the mall but the past few years every time I get one it tastes old . Prices are way to high for old food. I can bake an entire batch of fresh pretzels for less than one of...
