If I couldve given 0 stars, I def would have. Last night I went thru the drive thru and got 2 orders of the "2 for $1.59" Cherry and creme pies (4 pies, all together.. For $3 something) among some other things for my son for dinner.. It was after 8pm by the time I got home.. I went to eat the pies and all 4 of them were completely inedible. I'm not one to complain aboyt my food to restaurants cause I always feel really bad and just deal with it.. But in this case, they seemed like they had been sitting out for like a month.. I could not even break them in half, let alone bite them.. I took them back the next morning to show them and just either get new pies or my money back.. The guy at the first window went and got the manager.. She immediately had an attitude, even tho we were extremely nice about it.. She told us that we should've brought them back last night and I could have gotten them from anywhere.. I showed her the receipt and she said she could not give us a refund or anything. We again explained how inedible they were and tried to show her.. She got really angry and rude and told the employee to get us 2 apple pies so we would leave the drive thru.. We tried to call out to stop her and tell her that they were cherry pies and there were actually four of them. She took the reciept and said "NO! THERE ARE ONLY TWO PIES. PIES ARE $1.29 EACH AND YOU ONLY PAID $3(and change) FOR THEM. THAT'S TWO!!".. my boyfriend said "no, there is a deal for two pies for $1.59 and we got two orders of them.. 4pies.." and she literally started screaming at him that it was only two PUES and how much they were.. So he tried again to tell her, there's a button that literally says "2 pies for $1. 59, and she pushed it twice".. But she wouldn't even let him finish his sentence before cutting him off and screaming again. I've never seen someone so unprofessional and crazy in my life. She said we would only get two and walked away while he was still talking to her. We went to the second window and the employee gave us 2 cherry pies. My bf asked if there was anyone higher up than her at the store and they said no, that she was the manager of the store. And he asked for a phone number to call.. She must've heard him asking because she rushed over to the Windsow and started screaming at us again. I was horrified, honestly. It was the worst experience of my life, at a fast food restaurant (or any restaurant, really). I've never been treated so badly.. And im pregnant on top of it. She screamed at us to go away, that we were not getting anything else. So we just left and called corporate or whatever that number is on the receipt and told them about our experience. They apologized and insisted we were 100% correct about how much the 4 pies were and that she was wrong. We are supposed to get a call back from someone at corporate within the next few days.. But I will never go back there again. I encourage you to never go to this McDonald's.. Unless you want brick hard food and to be yelled at by an extremely rude and childish middle aged woman. Here's a pic for reference.. (&BTW, the pic doesn't do it "justice".. the cherries were like a reallyyyy thick gummy substance and you couldn't even break them in half.. And they were not dated with a sticker on the box at all, like they were supposed to be.. We think they may have come from the display case or something after weeks of being in there..) point is, never ever go here. The manager is a ride, crazy woman who has no idea what she's doing, let alone how to run a business. I don't know how they are still...
Read morethe guy said "yes" when we asked if they remembered my honey mustard and then we got home and there was NO honey mustard. i had to eat my nuggets with ranch. it wasn't good. i wanted honey mustard. i understand they were probably very busy though so it is okay!!!! i just really wanted honey mustard but it's still fine though because it's not like i'm gonna remember this for the rest of my life or anything. in this present moment, on this day, i desired honey mustard with my 6 piece mcdonald's chicken nuggets, and they said they gave it to me, but they did not. in a year i wont even remember this happened. also i keep getting mcdonald's and i'm gaining weight and i blame the american food system. i also blame myself for refusing to learn how to cook. i'm 15 years old this is fine. in 15 years i probably wont even be in america anymore. i wish i lived in france. i bet their mcdonald's tastes worse, i hear that european mcdonald's is worse tasting. i wont go to mcdonalds then though. i wish i knew what was gonna happen in the future. this morning, i didn't even know that i was gonna go to mcdonald's, and now i'm writing a review because i didn't get the honey mustard that i decided i wanted in the middle of the day and only truly (slightly) wanted for about 20 minutes. the fries were good, the nuggets were good, made me feel really guilty about eating it because it's fast food but that's not mcdonald's fault, that's my own bad eating habits's fault. i hope i move to europe when i'm older. i hope i live in france or the netherlands. i hope eventually i don't even remember that this specific mcdonald's location existed. anyways, my high school provides honey mustard at lunch and i will eat my fries with honey mustard on monday. have a good day, people who know that this specific mcdonald's location exists. (think about all of the places on earth that you don't know exist. all the places that some people go to every single day and you don't even know are there. those people don't know you exist. there are 8 billion of us. that's a huge number. 1 million seconds is 11 days, and 1 billion seconds is 31 years. jeez! there are 8 billion individual people who are conscious just like you. they are their own entire lives just like you are your own entire life. you experience every single second of every single day as YOU, and they all do the same as themselves. i experience every single second on this earth as myself. i...

There are many new employees who have been well trained and are polite. I have made a few trips recently at all meal times, drive through only, and they have all been pleasant experiences. Everyone I've encountered has been courteous and my orders have been accurate and fresh. I will definitely be returning and now recommend this location based on these recent visits.
*Original Review - First impressions matter. I went inside to place my order and there were two other people who placed an order after me. Their orders, including specialty coffee drinks, came before mine but that wasn't the problem. The problem came when I received my breakfast, but not my specialty coffee. I stood there for five minutes and waited for someone to acknowledge my presence, but was only met with numerous blank stares. No one came to see if I needed anything. When I finally got someone's attention with "Excuse me, could you please see if there's a latte waiting for me?", the young lady replied "He's gettin' it!", with some attitude. A couple of minutes later, the young man who originally waited on me (and also stared at me blankly) returned. The young lady with attitude told him "She (meaning me) was rushing you! Did you hear me? She was rushing you!" She didn't know I could hear her. Another five minutes later, the young man then came from the coffee station with my coffee. He looked a little sheepish because he knew no one made my drink. He also realized I heard his co-worker's comment. He only said "Sorry, we ran out of lids." No apologies for the mistake or the extra long wait. A twenty minute wait for breakfast and a $3.29 cinnamon cookie latte that turned out to be just a plain cup of coffee with a splash of milk. This was my one and only experience ordering inside this particular restaurant. I already know, I will not be going back...
