Food was okay.. but bad experience in customer service at drive-thru. Employees at Chick-fil-A are usually kind, welcoming, and professional. But today 11/05/2024 at 11:30am their employee Stacy right off the start she gave us an attitude that was very much different from what we expected . We pulled up and there was two vehicles in front of us so we weren’t able to see the menu, she gave us a stare expecting us to pull more forward Im guessing so she wouldn’t come out from underneath the roof she was standing at. I understand it had been a rainy day but at the moment it was barely sprinkling. Plus she did have on a rain jacket, she stared at us and before she approached us she threw a hand gesture almost complaining that we didn’t come to her instead. She made her way to us and after that we asked kindly if we could see the menu she turned around without saying a word and brought the menu sheet they carry on them. Read moreI used to enjoy coming to this Chick-fil-A mainly because of the staff—they’re always so sweet and friendly. Unfortunately, the drive-thru wait here is unusually long, even when there aren’t many cars in line.
What really turned me away, though, were two separate incidents with food safety. The first time, I found a long piece of hair in my breakfast sandwich (thankfully I noticed before taking a bite). On another visit, I discovered a hair in my salad 🤮. After that, I decided not to return to this location.
It’s surprising that management doesn’t require all team members working in food prep to wear proper hairnets under their hats. I’ve also noticed several other reviews mentioning the same issue, which makes it even more disappointing that the problem hasn’t been addressed.
