Taco Bell — Restaurant in Mont Belvieu

So I was really hungry for a nacho Bell grande. I received it and started to eat it, I was not very happy it looked like a squirt of beans on one side a little bit of meat on the other side a little bit of sour cream on the other end, mostly chips in a little bit of cheese on the other side and looks like they missed the whole thing with the tomatoes, very few pieces. Look like who made it just didn't know what they were doing or didn't care. Looks like they need to get a new cook someone that cares about what they're making and the respect for the people that are making it for. They were either too lazy or just didn't care about what they were doing, very disappointed. You would think paying for the price that you do that it would be somewhat better. You can bet I won't be buying another one there. Seem like if they would want to bring more people in and keep the customers that they have they would try to do a better job. It seems like the person that would be giving it to you at the window would notice that and send it back. This used to be a good place to eat but now it's like they don't care whatever, just throw something together and get them out...

We got in the drive through line behind the others, probably four cars. We waited and noticed that they were running slow, which was not unusual. Finally it was our turn. We waited at the speaker for them to say something. And we waited some more. I’m working on being more patient, so we waited some more. Then we started saying, hello anyone there? Finally after several minutes we pulled up to the window and waited.

By this time I was getting irritated and the wife said to honk the horn, and still they didn’t come to the window! It was at that point we realized the lights were off…. They were closed.

After thinking about it we realized that everyone in front of us was doing the same thing! Waiting patiently behind the car in front of them, then getting to the speaker and waiting some more, then getting to the window only to eventually realize they were closed. I can only assume those behind us probably did the same thing LOL!

I would have expected them to have put up a cone in the drive through blocking it off or put up a sign on the speaker saying they were closed but I guess that was too...

This taco bell is the epitome of terrible fast food I have gone here since they opened strictly for convenience and every time I have been let down last 6 times plain fries no seasoning nasty workers with no sense of decent hygiene and clear lack of leadership... I love some of their workers but they need to do a serious purging just because it's a no experience job does not mean they should hire every barnacle off the sea floor taco bell is never a 5 star restaurant but jesus christ people it's not a hard job I myself have worked fast food before so trust me when I say they're just lazy anyways rant over! Stop messing up my gosh dang nacho fries!! And no sour cream means no...
