Love how no one could say hi to me when i walked in the store sat sept 21 at 220pm . Store was empty. No one greeted me. Stood at counter for 10 minutes . While a male employee ignored me while making another drink. The other employee ashley walked up to the male said hi to him and made a joke while they were working both still ignoring me. Went to the bathroom thinking maybe he's having a bad day. Come back out still no greetting. How sad Couldnt even dare to look up and smile or say hi. Another 10 minutes passed by. At this point, it was frustrating that I can't get someone to even smile at me or acknowledge that they may be busy and will help me in a moment. Ashley finally stopped to ask me if I was picking up a DoorDash. I said yes, I am. I've been here for over 25 minutes and no one has greeted me. I would have appreciated a greeting. She continues to say. Oh., we are really overwhelmed right now. If the staff was that overwhelmed, 3 employees working at a time of the day when it was not busy, then why can the employees giggle And talk and make conversation with each other while they make drinks. But they can't say something to me while I'm standing there waiting for acknowledgment, it doesn't Take any effort to smile and nod or say hi there or we'll be right with you. You don't have to stop working to greet somebody as ashley and her co workers proved today they can talk while working. I've managed restaurants for 15 years.
