My son and I walk into the store and greet the employees. One of them just responded unhappy with "I'm still here". Regardless, I attempt to order our family's sandwiches. Employee impolitely asks how many sandwiches are we ordering. Son tells him three, gets responded with disrespectful energy. Ordering my woman's sandwich I ask for Italian bread. Employee gruntly asks which one? There's two. I said oh I didn't know there was more than one only to be responded with "There has always been two kinds". Clean, delicious and awesome customer service! Just had breakfast here and though I'm not certain of his name, whoever was working the morning shift on September 12th 2021 is a BOSS and probably super underappreciated. Give that kid a raise or a promotion, he's going places! He was very efficient, friendly and great customer service. With everything going on today in the job market, particularly the pressure so many servers face with having to do way more work than they should, workers like him are what keep these businesses going. My girlfriend and I ordered for Curbside we get there and the lady who was working comes out; definitely upset. Opens the door angrily and comes to our vehicle I say hi in a friendly way as I am just a nice person in general. She visibly looks upset and she goes to hand me my food and just aggressively hands it towards me and throws it into my lap. Walks away and angrily says have a nice day.
