McDonald's — Restaurant in Montclair

It’s be nice being able to actually get our food at the pick up window rather than always being asked to park at the reserved spots. It’s not like we order something difficult. Every single time we come we are told to park to get our food. We’ve been waiting 5 minutes for chicken nuggets

2024 update: Placed an order through mobile app. Arrived and checked in. After 10 minutes nothing. I tried calling and had no answer. At 15 minutes my husband went inside to check what was going on. While he went inside I received a call back from the manager saying they were sorry for taking so long and would be adding a pie to the order due to the inconvenience. Asked if I wanted anything else. I said no because we’re just trying to get our food and go home because my husband has work soon. My husband comes back out of the restaurant and says he couldn’t get a hold of anyone because they were all ignoring him. Eventually our order comes out. I had ordered a 10 piece nugget meal and asked for ranch for my meal, my husbands meal and ketchup for our daughters meal. When we got our food we asked if there was ranch in our bags, the worker handed us two ranches and said yes. We checked our bag and there was a 4 piece nugget box and no sauces other than the two the lady handed us. What should’ve been a quick 5 minute trip ended up being almost 30 minutes. The manager told me have a nice day. I asked, I have cash, so I wanted to make a order he said that I had to use the order process and that I was not allowed to make a order at all unless I had made a order on there platform. I'm a little older and I wasn't sure about how to use there platform to order my grandkids like there hamburger plain. I figured it out after 30 minutes or so and no one could come out to help me. I really don't like there new ordering system some people need assistance and if you need help don't think you are going to get it there. And my grandkids like going there to play in there play ground that is a little dirty my grandkids went to play and came out after playing there pants where all dirty. I asked one of the guys that worked that if he could clean up a little he looked at me and nodded at me. Worst service ever. Ordered mobile curbside pick up. Food never came even though the woman running ordered said it was every time I asked. Waited 45 minutes before getting out off the car to get a refund. Manager didn’t care that my kid was hungry and screaming. She tried to only refund me the happy meal part of my order? Even though NONE of the food came so she tried to scam me. She was looking at the order on my phone in front of her so she was just trying to scam me. These people are unprofessional lying theirs who broke my kids heart because she loves them so much she legit even knows their names she loves the apples there so much. Place was packed and dirty.
