So many of our Priority Mail packages that we dropped off here have experienced long delays. There was one going to Northern California that our friends at USPS told us should take between 3-5 days max, that is still in transit until today. See photo attached. Some have been dropped off over a week ago that until now still has not been scanned. This is unacceptable as we have given USPS a majority of our business to help this suffering government agency (we know of the deficit) and as Americans, we try our best to support them. But this is what we get. =(

This USPS office needs a management control. The cashiers and workers chatting while a long line of customer waiting for their chatting brake. Also, the female Asian does not really know what she is doing? I told her with signature confirmation twice, and still, putting a regular service. The customer service is under the wagon. Management team needs to do better, and check this place ASAP. Customer complaining about the same thing. I know it is Montebello, but the customers deserve a better service. One of the worst USPS services in Los Angeles.

Dope black guy with glasses that works here at this postal office. I forgot to secure my package and I went in and I asked "Hey do u guys have any tape for my package?". he smiled and replied "Of course we do! we're the post office.". Very friendly encounter and I normally don't go to this postal office but after my experience, id like to come back here more often.

Very friendly encounter and I normally don't go to this postal office but after my experience, id like to come back here more often.

MAN! Worst customer service EVER! We scheduled 2 appointments for our kids for 5/27/2021 at 11:30am. We arrived to the post office at 11am hoping to not miss our appointment and be courteous to the representatives since we have two kids under five. When we got there, we formed line behind everyone since there is not any clear signage or directions as to where to go for passport processing. I asked my husband to wait in the line with the kids and I would ask a representative where we should be at. I was afraid to be late for the appointment and be rejected. When I approached a clerk, he was with a customer. I waited until he was done talking and immediately simply asked where the passport line was. Al, the clerk's name, immediately motioned to his left and said that the next representative was in charge of passports. I thanked him and asked if I waited in the line or somewhere else. Al the proceeded to state he was busy and simply ignored me. I walked out and noticed a plain white paper that stated that those with passport appointments needed to wait by the door after informing the clerks that they were in the building for their appointments. I waited by the door while the regular line kept being helped by Al. Soon enough my husband was next in the line Al was helping. When it was my husband's turn, Al stated that he had already told me, who according to Al I was being unruly and cutting the line, to wait for the next clerk. My husband and I got upset at this point. My husband asked Al to please have better communication skills and customer service towards us. Al got offended and stated he was leaving. My husband asked to speak to Al's supervisor. Al called his supervisor through the loud speaker and left his post. Jeff, passport clerk, looked at me standing and waiting in the passport line, and called the regular line to help them instead. By this time we had been waiting about 30 minutes plus and our appointment time was passed. I stepped out if the passport line and asked Jeff if he would help me and my family. He said yes I do passports but you're going to have to wait until all the people in the regular line get helped before I help you. I was now upset. I had a one year old and a five year old now throwing tantrums because we had been waiting for so long. My husband went to the side back door to ask for assistance. He kept ignoring us. The customers in the regular line saw what was happening and one offered her spot so we could go in front of her and get the help we needed. It had now been approximately 1 hour since we were at the post office. When Jeff called me over he immediately got agitated and aggressive and screamed that he was not going to help me because I had to wait. Jeff said he did things his way and he ran the show, not me. At this point I am very upset. I stand at the counter and tell Jeff I am not leaving. Jeff gets very mad and walks to the back. I wait in the counter with all my documentation ready. All I needed to do was write the check. Eventually Jeff comes back and says he will help me. Jeff takes my paperwork and begins the passport process. When Jeff was about to finish the second application, two Montebello PD officers walk into the post office and ask who was causing the disturbance about the passport. I let them know I was processing passports. One officer talks to Jeff and the other employees and the other officer to my husband. Eventually Jeff comes back and completes my applications. Had there not been any interruptions, Jeff would have been done with both applications in less than 15 minutes since I had everything ready in a folder. The officers proceeded to tell us that the employees called the police on us and falsely reported a hostile customer. We were in shock and disbelief. The cops talked to both parties and immediately realized we were not at fault. The police officers gave us their business card and let us know we could file an...

I'm never setting a foot again in this office, I went to drop off a prepaid package (small flat rate box) when I got there, there was no one attending the customers, I heard them talking inside the office, so I decided to wait, after 15 min, finally two of the employees come to windows to attend the patrons. It gets better... I gave the QR code to the employee, I did not get her name (Asian lady) and ask for the priority tape, which it was next to her, to secure the side of the priority box I am shipping, and she says that I can not use the tape, I asked her why? and she replied that, the use of the tape policy has change, and I have to buy one roll of tape, I asked to speak with the manager, she asked me why do I want to talk to the manager, I told her that I want to make sure I can not use the priority tape, on my priority shipping box, so she yells out her name, LIZ... Liz, answers yes, and the employee tells her " Do you want to speak with a customer, that wants to talk to you?" Liz replies NO and they both start laughing, keep in mind the line got longer behind me, and they are doing this out loud, Liz came out of the office, after asking her if I could use the tape, she said, yes go ahead use the tape, but the employee who was taking care of my shipment, interrupted the conversation, and started saying the rules have changed, which I know it was false, after a few words back and forth, Liz allows me to use the tape, making it clear that, she was doing me a favor, and this was the last time, I can use the tape, I wanted to get out already so, I said thank you, and left.. here is the memo, I googled, hopefully they get it. USPS Guidelines: According to USPS guidelines, you can use tape to reinforce the flaps and seams of a Flat Rate Box, but the design/shape of the box cannot be enlarged or...

Worst customer service ever! I came to renew my passport and Jenny had a bad attitude and made up excuses that she couldn't renew my passport because I didn't have my birth certificate and she didn't want to attend me first when my appointment was at 1:30 and it was time already then she gave me a bad attitude and started renewing my son's passport so I talked to her manager about how rude she was and that I wanted to make a complaint then Jenny gets up and says that she isn't going to do it no more that she doesn't care that she is not going to renew my son's passport her manager was mad at told her that it was direct order and that she had to finish what she had told her to do but Jenny was very disrespectful and didn't do it she disobeyed her own manager the manager also gave me a fake form and a fake number to call and to fill out a form which did not help me to put a complaint on Jenny this was honestly very unprofessional and Jenny should be fire she has a lot of bad reviews of her attitude. Whoever has the permission to check the cameras this happen between 1:30 to 2:00. My family and I felt discriminated by Jenny and her manager because of there attitude. I have never been treated how i was treated today. If I could give it a 0 star I would be more than happy to...
