I do not know where to start. The staff seems friendly, but they also seem to no cohesively have a plan or process together. It looks like a few of the bros decided to open up a boba tea house because of the opportunity. They are stumbling on each other and fumbling equipment and tea canisters and they ran out of boba. We were told it's a soft opening and soft openings work out the kinks, but as any business knows, you work on processes, steps taken, and test things out with a close circle before a soft opening , and it didn't look like that happened. I had ordered the brown sugar milk tea because that is a familiar drink I am used to; 100% sugar, 50% ice is my usual at any tea house. One sip and I knew I was in a world of hurt. The tea tasted like uncooked pizza dough, and for those who don't know what that means, it means it tasted like yeast. And for those in the tea game, we all know what that means. Anyhow, the tea itself was not sweet, period. The consistency was very watery and flat, and again tasted very yeasty. My wife ordered the Watermelon Boom, and it was overwhelming, the idea is there, but the tea choice was not. Which is something that should be taken into consideration is the staff should ask "Which tea would you like" or listing what tea the drink comes with because the watermelon tasted like it was mixed with Jasmine tea. Jasmine tea shouldn't be mixed with anything because it is already aromatic and perfume-y. So the sweetness of the watermelon with the jasmine tea was overwhelming. You can tell the difference between green, black, jasmine and oolong. Which I recommend the brown sugar milk being mixed with black or oolong and the watermelon should be with green tea and maybe occasionally black. The ordering was muted, the staff, again, seemed like some bros got together, and the drinks sub par. And again I know it's a soft opening, and this will be taken into...

Located in the heart of Montebello, with the shopping mall around, and super easy to reach.
The interior design was pretty stunning for a tea shop with a green pastel color. It's clean, neat perfect for hangouts and study spots.
Service is excellent, and Stella the cashier is super sweet, she explained the menu and helped me to pick the best drink that they had, and I ended up with the Passion Mango Boom Tea.
The Passion Mango Boom Tea was 9/10 , it's refreshing and perfect for the weather since summer is around the corner.
