As much as I don't want another business in this location to fail, the management for this business needs to train their staff in customer service. First, there is no option to pay cash, which is fine, but then they charge a 3% transaction fee for each transaction. There is no option to avoid this fee except for not even patronizing this business. They're taking away choice, and it's very off-putting and sketchy. Just incorporate that cost into the cost of your products. When I asked the staff about the there not being an option to pay cash and the transaction fee for every transaction, the young lady (with dyed blonde hair) who was working the counter rudely answered that she just works there. I understand it's not the staff's fault how management decides to conduct their business, so I asked her to share the feedback to management. Do you know what she said in response? We don't have management. Wow! Talk about how not to talk to customers and how not to handle conflict, especially for a valid criticism of a business practice. Don't businesses train their staff in customer service anymore? I told my daughter to remember that young lady's attitude and let it be an example of how not to treat your customers. Must Have owners please take note of this if you want your business to survive the curse of...
Read moreAnother coffee gem and not for the faint of heart when it comes to caffeine, as this is a Vietnamese Coffee Cafe! As you all know, Vietnamese coffee is the super caffeine drink which has kept people up for days....well, more like hours past their allotted sleep time. This cute coffee shop has some tasty and delicious blends of drinks. The two baristas, Gabriel and Bang, were not only friendly, but incredibly nice and helpful. Bang even let us sample some of the black sesame cream he was whipping up. Gabriel answered all of our questions and even suggested a unique strawberry matcha yakult latte, which I ordered. I asked for the least level of sweetness and it was perfect. I love that we were asked if we wanted milk alternatives with our drink as we were placing our order. They even print out a label for your cup so you know exactly what you ordered. My friend ordered the Black Sesame Cream Latte which was decadent and a real treat for the taste buds. This is definitely a place to try, especially if you need a caffeine kick or a nice place to sit and drink a special treat--alone or with friends. Check it out and support this...

Must Have Coffee is a new coffee shop that specialize in Matcha. It’s located in a plaza on N. Atlantic avenue in Monterey, CA.
This place is well-organized and unique. The ambiance is pleasant, and the price is reasonable for everything. It's a great place to get together with friends and have great coffee. It is a perfect place for coffee and pastry. Indoor seats were quite comfortable albeit very limited. Outdoor seats were nonexistent. Its decor was exquisite worthy for social media. Staff was affable and competent. Moreover, they have a Kiosk which has a compendious menu for customers to put their order. We ordered an Iced Black Expresso Latte and a Spinach x Cheese Croissant. Both items were splendid. If you’re into Matcha this is the place for you.
They have a free rear parking lot with plenty of space. Overall, I enjoyed my visit and drink/pastry. I...
