The Udon here is really worthwhile trying, however, the price they’re showing on the screen is never the final price.

I would say it actually depends on who is taking your order when you pay for your meal!

On the screen there’s a line showing: ‘All price are tax included’. Some of the guys would directly charge you the correct price, for my case, the Sea food Udon is $15, but some of them would use a stupid calculator to manually added 5% to your price! which is $ $15.75! Then why you’re mentioning the ‘All price are tax included’?

The most ridiculous thing is: The old lady charged me $18 for today’s Sea Food Udon! !! Telling me that this is because I’m using credit card! Funny! I’ve been here more than 20 times this has never happened before! I think next time they’re going to charge me $20!! This is fraud I’ll never dine here from...

Used to like this place and came regularly. But was really upset with the recent to-go order. I ordered Izumi special #1 and only came home finding two gyoza and rice were missing (photo shows everything I received for $16). And I waited ~30min for the order: I thought it took time for Tonkatsu making and had waited patiently. But later found the box with the tonkatsu for my order was ready and sitting there all the time; the staff was just too lazy to pack soup and salad to get it to go until I finally lost patience and approached to check on my order. I've had a couple of dishes here and have always enjoyed them. Service is quick and prices are reasonable. This time I had the niku udon, which is a simple udon noodle soup with thinly sliced beef and onions. Good flavor, not too salty, decent sized portion. Had the gyudon one other time which was egg, beef, onion, and sauce over a white rice. A similar overall flavor but was also really good.
