I called to place and order and the owner Gus was very nasty because I had a need to cancel some items on my order. The service is awful and he hung up the phone on me without any hesitation. My first time there was meh I thought ordering to go would be different but nope. I will not be going back there the food was overpriced anyway.

And in response to your comment I will say again the service was awful, I don’t believe business owners like yourself have any regard for patrons. As I stated already you were rude and outside of that if I don’t want something I’m sure that canceling the order was possible I called not evens 1 minute after to alter the order. Positive reviews count just as much a this negative one because all in all it was an experience and my perception. As your entitled to respond I will again state the service was awful. And while your not in the business of wasting food, I agree because your establishment brought out old food for my family before and then remade it because of that. So indeed your right, and I’m certain that while you don’t need my business to some degree you do like it or not. And I for one will not patronize this poorly run diner any further been there once and wasn’t that great, considered it again and I’m thankful I didn’t give my money to a company that can care less about the people that keep it open and that’s not pertaining to me but any and all who may come there or call to place an order... God forbid they need to change it , I guess had I been there you as the owner would’ve verbally and quite possibly physically assaulted me, that’s just how rude and nasty you were. I ordered for the first time the other day via Uber Eats because I really wanted a good breakfast while I was trying to get unpacked. I mentioned in my order notes that it was my first time ordering, and I was excited I even thanked them in advance for breakfast. When I got my order, I was a little bit disappointed because the bacon was not crispy and every single container was covered in crumbs. Eggs had no seasoning, no salt and no pepper. Honestly, I’ve had better seasoned breakfast at Perkins, which is a chain restaurant. It looked like it was packaged that way. Just a heads up nobody wants to order delivery and create a whole mess in their kitchen simply taking containers out of a bag. Not too sure if I will give you guys another shot but maybe I’ll try to pick up directly.

I do think the owner might want to work on his customer service. A bit of a joke you took time to respond to my initial review with claims that I reviewed the wrong restaurant. But as soon as I provided you proof, and you had the opportunity to rectify the situation with myself, a new customer and actually retain me as a customer, you just ignored me completely. Garbage.. I eat out a lot, and not a lot impresses me but not a lot upsets me either. However, I've had the unfortunate experience of eating at this place twice in the last 3 years. Both times the service was poor and slow. The last time i went, the waitress lied to us about the milkshake machine being broken because she didn't feel like making one for us. In fact another staff member overheard her lie and made it for us. Our waitress was incredibly rude and unwelcoming. That being said, I don't want to judge the place exclusively on the merits of one staff member. So far as food quality is concerned all 10 of us (total over two separate occasions) that went, disliked our food. It was poor quality- many meals looked and tasted like they had been frozen a couple decades ago and then cooked by an unsupervised 8 year old. My eggs were dry, rubbery, and incredibly bland and my burger was flavorless and gray. GRAY! As far as atmosphere- the place is trapped in some wierd art deco painting from the 80s that you'd see hanging in a hospital hallway in Arizona. I know that's really obscure, but if you walk into the place I think you'll know exactly what I mean. Its pretty dingy looking. Honestly I am baffled by how this place...
