American Deli — Restaurant in Montgomery

I went to American Deli on Eastern Blvd at 8pm. They show you your wings, but what they do is put a few fresher ones on the top and drench all the wings in sauce to disguise the dry, rubbery reheated wings that you are getting. This is the third time this has happened. The skin on the chicken was like rubber and pulled. They were not fresh at all. Some had a brown hue on the inside. They even tasted old. I haven't had this issue in the past when going between 1pm and 4pm. I couldn't even eat the wings when i got home. I had to throw them away. What should have been a red flag is what happened a few months ago. An employee quit while I was at the register after the supervisor on the phone was telling her to tell a customer the wings were fresh and they were not. The employee told him she could not lie and tell the customer that because he went around to the corner to see for himself if they were fixed fresh. He saw that it wasn't and wanted his money back, even though they are supposed to have a no refund policy. They tried to give him old wings. I will be taking my business to another location. If you go here, try out your wings before you leave. My fries were the only thing edible. Over $20 gone...

Second time I ordered 2 10pc wing combos only got 1 drink this from door dash 2 different people saying same thing cashier said that's the only drink they ain't pay for nothing but 1 drink receipt clearly says 2 wow then I ordered lemon pepper extra wet and extra crispy instead I was given dry wings with juice sitting under like they had poured it on wings but really didn't fries was cold and over cooked plain no Seasoning when asked for Seasoning salt also paid for extra ranch for wings bought salad too with extra Italian sauce but didn't receive what I was charged for the wings have no lemon pepper taste what so ever they never answers the phone cashiers are all young females that's very very rude and arrogant that's the reason I stop going and started ordering door dash but that's not working either so yeah I won't be ordering here anymore so end of day very bad bad business is what got you losing good...

Service was good not great and several customers that ordered after I did got there food will ahead of me. Other than that, the food was great and the restaurant was very clean.

I called my order in at 5:31 p.m. I waited in my car for 10 minutes. I went inside and paid then waited another 30 minutes as people that ordered after me and came in the store after me and ordered got their meals as I was still waiting I didn't get my meal until 5:20 something. I was the only person in the restaurant in full military uniform so I know they saw me and had to recognize that I had been there longer than any other customer. I was only given my meal after I asked for a refund. Not to mention this is the second time this has happened! I am extremely angry and very disappointed in the service here. I will find it hard to return to or to recommend this location to anyone. This was an absolute...
