If I could give them zero stars I would, because this is what this staff, experience, and manager deserve. After a long day at an event at ASU with my daughter on April 12th we stop here to get something to eat. When we approached the drive thru window there were at least two cars in front of us, so when it was our turn to order the staff member(Quentin) told us the computers went down and they wouldn’t be up for another 15-20 minutes so we proceeded to leave. However, when we drove around to the windows we noticed that the staff was still taking payments by credit card, which wouldn’t be possible if the systems were down. When we noticed a car that was behind us stay in line I asked her was she able to place an order and she replied she knew some of the workers and when she got to the window they gave her food. I quickly requested to see the manager who didn’t show up for at least 20 minutes, after at least two additional request for him. When asked why he took so long he said he wasn’t told he was requested. I then asked him with Quentin standing at the window if their system was down and he said No. At this point Quentin walked away. And I asked the manager to go ask Quentin why he told us the system was down, and the manager said Quentin had no reply. Even though it was about 20 minutes until close there is no reason to refuse a customer service because you are trying to go home. The manager did say he would report this to his supervisor, but I have no faith in that since the folks that he supervises weren’t held accountable by him. Don't waste your money at a place that doesn’t value...
Read moreOctober 2019 I'm assuming as with everything else the prices go up quality and quantity go down. Used the drive thru/late night & they weren't lined up , steady 1-2 cars average line. Cashier was hard to hear & understand on the speaker. Needed to repeat & correct order 3 times before order complete. However I did add their new cinnamon roll advertised on window. She was nice & didn't seem to mind me adding it to my order. Matter fact I asked her what she thought about it before I ordered. She stated it was really good & seemed legit about it. It was very good, I used coupon for poppers & regular roast beef sandwiches. They lacked in quantity, taste & presentation. I can remember in jr high school walking to Arby's with friends from church & how delicious & of course they were still pricey back then & no coupons. Thank you Arby's for providing coupons that are pretty good & save me some money. Otherwise I probably wouldn't be a...
Read moreWell usually it's fine but this was the third time in 6 months@ (and I don't go often) that they have closed the store while I was in line, at least thirty min before they were scheduled to close. All three of those times I was in line for a considerable amount of time before being told they were closed. Don't get me wrong, I work the window at a restaurant, those long nights, when you're short handed, and almost out of product because the truck didn't come, because they too are short handed, you think you're about to catch a break because closing time is getting close, but here comes another 3 cars...... and the worst part is that you opened, and you have to open in the morning.....so I get it. Many days I've wanted every one to just go home and cook. So honestly if it had been once, I wouldn't even mention it. Or even twice over a longer time span, but three in 6 months. Seems to be a habit. It's...
