Krystal — Restaurant in Montgomery

I usually don't write reviews, but I was really disappointed. I visited the Krystal's on Zelda Rd, Montgomery AL., on Thursday night. I went through the drive thru, ordering the 12 Krystal regular sack full. The website stated one price, but I was charged more at the window. I ordered half with onions and half without. Due to health reasons, I cannot eat onions. I waited for 15 minutes before my order was brought out to me. I was told it was going to be a wait, which I was okay with, thinking they were short staffed. As I waited outside, I happened to look inside and saw a female employee coming from the bathroom. She stood inside the bathroom texting and proceeded to empty the trash. She didn't wash her hands and a very short time later brought my food out to me. I took the food and left not saying anything hoping in that small window of time she washed her hands. By the time I was able to check my food I was to far away to go back. The half that was supposed to be without onions, I could tell they had had onions on them but had been scraped off, leaving some onions on them. Because of that, I was unable to eat them. I didn't call the restaurant because the employees weren't very friendly to begin with and I didn't feel as though they would care or make it...

I went to this Krystals location again just because I had the taste for a Cheese krystal and wanted to give this location another chance. well i was disappointed once again . I got to the drive thru and asked for 3 cheese Krystals, one chili cheese pup and a small drink... I got to the drive thru window and received 3 REGULAR krystals with no cheese , some chicken nuggets and a chili cheese pup . Which is what I didn’t ask for! When i went back to the window the girl asks , “Whats your problem” ? I said you didn’t give me what I ordered & Guess what they did ? Gave me the same Krystals , and jus put a slice of cheese on it . I didn’t get any made fresh or anything. When i took the top off my drink , I found hair inside the cup. I won’t be giving this Krystals anymore of my money this is...

Won't be getting my money no more! One time I went i asked for light ranch on my junkyard fries, I guess whoever was at the drivethru just didnt care about what I (the customer) told them. I opened the box with the fries it looked like they put a whole bottle of ranch on them. Last week I went to get a $3 meal deal. I paid and had to wait 15 minutes almost 20 in the drive thru and I was the only person in drive thru just for 3 krystals and fries, I'm pretty sure it doesn't take long to make them! This morning I went for a sausage scrambler, remember I said SAUSAGE right... Why when I get home, i open the scrambler i Have a chicken fillet or steak whatever it is in my scrambler bowl. I am so done with this Krystals and maybe Krystals all together because they can never get...
