I've tried to be understanding of this location. They can be pretty busy and I sympathized with that fact, being patient in their drive-thru, waiting 30+ minutes for a $6 meal, not getting mad after waiting said 30+ minutes only get food that's incomplete (quesadillas are simple: meat choice, cheese, and jalapeno sauce, and I rarely get the latter, so I have to order an extra container just so I know I'm getting it) or just not right (I don't like their burritos and no, I won't settle for one, I paid for what I paid for), having to wait well after 5am for breakfast because if I go up there at 5:15am, the breakfast food isn't ready, or even dealing with the BS "morning maintenance" when they're essentially closed because they can't take orders from the computers restarting (I've NEVER heard of this sort of thing), but after tonight, I just can't justify how awful this location is. The cashiers are nice or at the very least acceptably compliant (to me, at least), but everything else, from the wait times to the near-complete incompetence of the cooks, just makes for an absolutely awful experience every time. And I love Taco Bell! As much as somebody would shame me of saying it, it's one of my favorite restaurants. But I'm forced to go to another location several miles away because this location just can't ever seem to get the order right. And it's absolutely basic! It's a quesadilla meal! I can't even seem to get that? Maybe when this location manages to get a team who cares about their job, maybe I'll come back, but I'm just going to go to the Carmichael location...
Read morePlaced an order on the app and then sat for 15 minutes waiting to get the food. A male employee exited the back door with a small bag of trash and stayed in the dumpster enclosure for almost 10 minutes. A female employee came out the back door looking for him and saw me with my window down and quickly said hi and went back inside. After he went back in the line finally started to move! The manager was working the window and was trying to take care of everything. I felt bad for her, she was trying. She guaranteed me the food would be hot. She did not give me the drink, and the hot sauce was not in the bag that had been requested on the app so my daughter wouldn't eat hers. My veggie bowl has a 1/4 cup of sour cream around a tablespoon of black beans. If you are running low or out of something just 86 it! I didn't eat mine because it was just dry rice with sour cream! I tried to call back and no one answered the phone. Tried twice the next day and no one answered the phone. Tried 1 more time 3 days later and no one answered. It seems like every time we go here or the Carmichael Rd location there is an issue. We just aren't going back to...
Read moreHonestly...I'm done with Zelda Road taco bell. I usually go to this one because it's close by and on the way home. However, them folks who work there now are a joke. Last time i went, it took them 10 mintues to make a burrito which was dripping and sloppy. There's some boy there who don't know how a belt works, pants sagging with his ass out (I don't want to know the color of your drawers boy). There was ONE person actively working while the others just a-kee-kee-keeing in the background, talking and being lazy. I went to get a mobile order, expecting it to be made when I got there since I was like 10 minutes away. It wasn't....I asked about it after waiting 5 or so minutes. Said it was "being made." They still talking, not working. No one on the line. It's SLOW, ain't no one there. I've worked a taco bell in this city before. It doesn't take long for food to drop. The one guy actively working made my meal and I thank him for that. Just don't go to this location...I rather drive to another one further from home and work than deal with the eyelash gang and...
