Burger King — Restaurant in Montgomery

NO ONIONS!!! That's all Iask for. Do I get it? No. I'm not picky when it comes to burgers, but I so not want onions. No matter what 9 out of 10 times my simple order is wrong. One of the managers dont like me because the store manager put her number on the receipt instead of the actual store number. So one day I tried to call the store and got the store manager and she called the store about the order. I went in to get my meal replaced and I could tell the manager in the store was mad and said "u didnt have to call the store manager" now she looks at me funny when I come thru and get my food. I was trying to call the store nott the store manager. I ew nit thru today and got two whoppers NO ONION. Guess what I got and guess who w as s at the drive thru taking my order. I spoke clearly so she could hear me and she repeated the order to me as well but didnt put the order in right. Can I please come through and get a burger with no onions. That's all I want. It also seems as if the quality of the burgers has went down. They dont taste the same and it's been like that for a couple months now. I wish there were a closer bk to me or they would just go back to the old way of there burgers. Maybe I should just leave that bk alone...

The cashier sharita or however you spell it was very rude to me from the moment I came to the speaker. She asked me to repeat my order and then proceeded to rush me off the speaker. I asked for a 8 piece nugget meal and I asked for it fresh. I also asked to have bbq sauce and sweet and sour. When I got to the window they passed me my food and it was not fresh so I gave it back and asked to have it recooked she yelled to the people in the back that I wanted it recooked asked me to pull down and slammed the window in my face. I also did not get the bbq sauce I asked for. When she came back to the window I asked for the bbq sauce and she told me it was in my bad and slammed the window again so I waited till she came back and told her I did not get the bbq sauce. She told me she would have to charge me for it so I asked why didn’t she charge me the first time because I asked for it at the speaker. She charged me for it asked me to pull down and slammed the window in my face again. Very poor customer service and I did not appreciate it. I go to this Burger King all the time and I’ve never had an issue with any...

This this by far was the worst experience I have ever had a Burger King. For this location to be connected to a corporate office I am highly appalled at the very poor and downright distasteful customer service I received tonight Not only was my cheese not melted the lady just gave us exactly what she wanted us to have not what we ordered she gave us two dr. Peppers we ordered a sweet tea and a Coke all of the food was cold she kept her card for at least 11 to 12 minutes trying to run it stating that the card machine was down I will never return to this location thank God because I was just passing through on my way back home for the holidays however this is an unforgettable visit and I pray whoever the district manager is that they look into this matter when I ask for my receipt the young lady grab it out of the trash can ripped it and handed it to me attached is a picture of what she gave me there is no name of the cashier store location or anything on the receipt I cannot believe the Ridiculousness I...
