Woodmere Reserve Apartments — Local services in Montgomery

Terrible experience with the new management. I moved out last year June 2nd without asking for my security deposit cos I was in a hurry for my flight cos I was moving out of state. I served the old management a notice letting them know my last day at the apartment, I even asked them about ending my lease cos that was the end date of my lease and they told me yeah and am good to move out Later new management took over and i got a letter from collection agent saying i owe woodmere apartments $405 from June 7th meanwhile I was even not around and I have been calling them and sent someone to go there to let them know I dont owe them and to delete that collection from my report but up to now they have not and I have been calling since no one is answering cos they know what doing and up to. This looks like dubious way of collecting money from formal tenants and its uncalledful. Daughter's apt broken into broad daylight lived right in front of rental office. No one seen anything. 50 inch tv stolen lived on 2nd floor. Her door was kicked in but after they left they locked her door.what thief would do that? Her neighbor's apt broken into a week later only his clothes were stolen no electronics. He said 2nd time in less than a year. Makes me wonder if management was involved. My daughter asked management (Nitu) if she could move to a different building. Nitu told her if that apt was broken into what do she think would happen if she moves to another building? That should tell you a lot! When my daughter went to turn in her keys Nitu was rude again. I wouldn’t recommend this apartment complex to anyone. Their buildings are infested with roaches even after they come and spray and you call every week just for them to spray! Maintenance sucks, they don’t come fix anything on time. They only paint over everything when you move in. The neighbors are rude as hell and double park, triple park if they could. I do not recommend if you have a newborn because neighbors don’t care they’ll smoke in their house knowing it comes through your vent, kids throwing house parties in the tiny a** apartment that don’t end until 5am, the maintenance told me when I was 8 months pregnant that I’ve gained a lot of weight since I moved in.. very unprofessional because I was pregnant duh, just dont waste your time.
