That moment when you come to leave a review...but after reading others you feel like you have nothing new to say...lol. I guess either they care, or they don't. BK is CLEARLY not in the business of giving two spits. Y'all knew the cashier didn't know what she was doing...but left her to figure it out and just tell customers petty untruths (to cheap to repeat). Y'all saw the ugly broken up mozzarella stick pieces y'all placed in the little white bag...but still dropped that ugly mess in like I wouldn't notice it. Y'all saw that you over-fried the jalapeno cheddar bites and the jalapenos and cheddar bites were as misplaced as the mozzarella from their sticks ...but you threw that on in my bag too. Y'all knew the burgers and fries would get cold sitting in the bag on the counter waiting on the extra sides WITH A WHOLE WARMER SITTING RIGHT BEHIND THE BAG...yet cold burger and fries were had. My daughter threw half her burger away (and all of her cold fries) and said, "I'll just eat breakfast in...

The Burger King in Montgomery near The Legacy Museum area was the worst experience I had. We dined in. The meat wasn't done. It was still pink on the inside and the Managers or the Manager and a worker decided to come into the dining area and stare at my family and I and mumble amongst themselves while we dined in. Never again. But we should have known better than to stop there. They had no customers. Maybe 2 or 3 customers came in the whole 30 or 40 minutes we were there and drive thru was dead too and this was at lunchtime. We won't be going back. It's sad how people can act high and mighty around others but quick to talk about someone. Get your employees to fully cook the meats there. Y'all lucky I don't sue y'all for...

Called Burger King complaint line phone number disconnected, email is invalid; so here's review it works. Ordered chicken sandwich meal. Fries and drink good, buy main item chicken was fried crust with no chicken, I paid $9.89 for small fries and drink nearly ten bucks for what. Last time I'll visit this B.K., and you think if B.K. gave a hoot they would have a working email and phone number. Truth is this new generation just don't give a damn as they are ones who created terrible customer services in USA.
