Let me start by saying the manager at this location is amazing, and the only reason that this review is a 3 star. However, that being said, he was the only part of my online line order pick up experience that was in anyway delightful. My sister and I both placed orders online. I went to pick them up. I asked for both orders at the speaker in the drive through. I was given two bags at the window, and asked what my drinks were supposed to be, and told to check my orders because she wasn't sure they were correct since she had just arrived. I checked both bag, and discovered that we only had about half of each order. I finally decided to come in and handle it inside so it was a little easier. This is when we met the manager. During this, we discovered that the two bags she gave me were actually one order, and I was short an entire order. The manager, being amazing, offered to remake the entire first order for us as well as getting us the second order we were missing. We accepted and waited. While waiting, we were given the cups for our drinks to fix them. Here we discovered the ice wasn't working, and there was no Tea out front. Got Ice and Teas, and returned to the machine up front to get our other drinks. Somewhere amidst the trekking back and forth across the dining room, we noticed our shoes sticking to the carpet... Everywhere. The whole carpet was covered in bits and pieces of paper and some sort of sticky concoction. We discovered after fixing our drinks that the CO2 tank was empty, so the coke we had gotten was less than pleasing. During this time, the girl helping the manager cook in the kitchen has come out 2 times to ask us what we were waiting on. The cashier taking walk in orders is panicking because she has no clue what she's doing, and everything is a complete cluster. Again, the manger is awesome. I'd love to see what he was capable of with a properly trained,...
Read moreHad the worst experience ever. I told the young girl working the window, a few ingredients I was suppose to receive on my pasta weren't on there. The young girl proceeded to say she didn't know what comes on there. It's very important people working in restaurants are knowledgeable of the ingredients of the different items on the menu. All while texting and taking the order back through the window. I understand some companies may allow their employees to have their phones during down time, but to do it while there is a line of people in the drive thru and a customer with an issue with their order at the window speaks volumes. Then to slam the window, is just rude. This by far was the worst experience I've ever had with a fazoli establishment. The young girl was rude and unprofessional. May I add, while experiences were not bad at this location and majority of the staff are nice and professional except this particular time, I've never ran across this problem before at the Eastchase location with extremely rude...
Read more10/31/18 Was disappointed in price for inexpensive pasta in senior size with not much sauce & no meat + drink. The place was empty other than staff, 1 couple & myself at 6:15pm. I could not even eat my alfredo pasta. The breadsticks were literally dripping in grease. I used several napkins & still couldn't soak it all up. Cashier(s) were too busy going thru candy & cutting up to even notice i turned dish back in without more than 2 bites gone. Its sad to see a fairly new business in prime area of town being ran by such young people who have nothing vested in the business & don't care if they see customers return or not cause they will move on to the next restaurant when this one closes from poor customer service. This is 3rd and last time for me. 1st time they had NO meat & weren't going to be cooking anymore since they were to close in 45mins... so i didn't eat. 2nd time was to go order and it wasn't anything to get excited about. So i guess its not meant for me to enjoy...
