I visited this establishment coming into town from ATL , and the customer serviced started off good until we started to notice the wait was longer than expected.
An hour to be exact, and NOT one time did our server come to communicate anything to our table. We asked about the wait and she stated it would be only “10 more minutes “.
As we waited another 25 mins. The communication from the “serving staff “ that also was wearing cheerleading outfit attire and not an actual server attire did not explain to us any reason as to why we had to continue to wait for food.
We ended the food service with asking our server to get the manager to comp off drinks as per the wait for our food was extremely long.
The manager did not want to speak face to face so she then preceded to relay the message that the wait was long because she had to “remake” a plate that was asked to be made WITHOUT ANY BUTTER - when we placed the order.
This mistake was not on our part so I see no reason to how that became our issue, and I don’t mean to sound insensitive but if that was told to us, then maybe we would have had an understanding to why we were waiting but because we were left in the space of waiting we had no clue. I also want to note that even during this “mistake “ not once did our server come to our table and express the mishap.
I conclude this review with, this business needs a little more attention to business detail and customer training. The “cash-app only” became an issue because not everyone has a cashapp account and the “I don’t care, you still have to pay attitude” is very unprofessional as a business.
From someone who has managed a kitchen staff personally and works in hospitality for over 10 years I would offer some advice that this staff needs more training. It should be noted as a greeting reminder when seating customers what forms of payments are only accepted. As well as frequently checking in to ensure the customers are not becoming unhappy to waiting times or feeling like they are...
Read moreI try to support my local businesses as much I can, however it almost seems as if this one was not ready to be open.
My waitress only addressed my table once to take my order, not follow up until I was ready to leave.
The drink I ordered has whole slivers of a lemon peel which made for very unpleasant bitter sips, my coffee came from a Kureig and was essentially a cup of flavored half and half
At one point the entire staff was not present in front of house for at least 10 minutes, so I witnessed 3 groups of people attempting to entire the restaurant from what seems like the front door, but is locked with no signs of using an alternate door.
I’m not sure who gave the green light, but carpet for dining flooring is usually reserved for a higher caliber of fine dining which this establishment is not.
I hope non optional gratuity went towards the cook(s) because the only star that this restaurant deserves is that the food is actually good.
This idea should’ve been a food stall/truck with a rented patio space pop up style. Example: like the funky forte food truck.
I see the overall image this establishment tried to create as I was bamboozled by the pictures presented for the business, however Jazzy’s is not at that pedestal quite yet
I would spend less money on plastic cups with the business name on it and more towards developing the space. The random cardboard boxes behind the counter should be hidden from customer view. Why is there a photo backdrop area, I’ve never in my life decided oh I love this place let me get a background studio portfolio image done here in a dining...
Read moreI am totally lost for words for a 1st time experience of a restaurant that was recommended by a trusted friend and my patient of my workplace. Let me begin by saying my girlfriend called the establishment prior to our arrival and asked if we needed to make a reservation for a party of 6. She was told No. Our spouses went inside the restaurant and was lead to a table by the hostess at which time the two of them unstacked the chairs and arranged them around the table. Menus were provided. We sat down and began looking over the menu. At this point, we had been there for about 10mins and no one had come over. There was a total of six customer already there (seated) when we walked in with no one else coming in behind us at this point. A lady in a pink chef jacket came from the kitchen and addressed an employee and I heard her say, "Are they with the party", the employee said "No", she then said, "Well, that table will be needed for the party of 15". The employee went to the front where the hostess was and then she came to us a said, "I apologize to inform y'all but we have a party of 15 coming in and we will need this table". My brother asked, "So are you telling us we have to leave"? The employee said, "Yes". We were all shocked 😲! Not one time did she offer any other solution for us. We gathered ourselves and walked out. This was so UNBELIEVABLE for the manner in which a business would handle potential customers. Needless to say, we have no intentions of patronizing this...
