Taco Bell Manager reached out to me about the problems at this store. Well grandson and I went there today and we ordered our food paid and were promptly served. Big improvement!
Grandson and I ordered 6 tocos locos and there wasnāt enough meat in all 6 to make one decent toco. Called back to complain and they hung up. Wonāt be back.
Actually went back and things have not improved.
Hereās what itās like to come to this place.
Walk in the door and first thing you will see is a sign on the counter saying that you have to use the kiosk to order as they are short of help. Next you place the order and pay and then you wait A LONG TIME for someone to actually fix your order. Then they will tell you that the drink you ordered canāt be provided because the drink machine is broken. Next you wait some more and watch as they fill order after order for the drive through and completely ignore you. Next you wait some more until they finally get to making your order and 9 times out of ten itās WRONG! So then you have to tell them what is wrong and then you will wait some more for them to correct it.
Then you take your order home and find out that they didnāt put any meat on your tocos. Then you call back to tell them and they hang up.
You have a serious problem with your staff, your system, your equipment, and your employees attitudes.
I donāt understand how you stay in business at this location.

This time my XXX was even smaller and was rolled exactly the wrong way so I get bites full of only one ingredient at a time. which makes for a sad burrito, oh yeah so three female employees where jaw jacking SO MUCH they even forgot to give me my drink. So again really bad service, due to employees jaw jacking instead of doing their jobs. I'm finding bad service is near epidemic in Montgomery period. Old Post: When I arrived I was the only person coming in cashier Keona W. seemed to be trying to rush me, I ordered a combo number two she did not ask me if it was beef chicken or steak and then she gave me a look like I was inconveniencing her when I wanted to upgrade my taco to a fiery. My food did come out very quickly. My triple XXL grilled stuffed burrito doesn't seem very XXL anymore more like medium size, I mean what are they cutting back to save cost? They could have done a better job putting it together, not really fond of having a space in the burrito where you get only a Mouth full of refried beans. The floor doesn't look like it's been swept in a while. They put my food in a to-go bag even though I said I was eating in. The restroom also could have been cleaner. The staff there seemed more interested in talking and gabbing then in doing their job. I will be calling management to complain about...

All I got was a taste of sour cream on 2 of them and practically lettuce only on the other. Whereās the meat you all? Whereās the other stuff included in these burritos? The rudeness here is absolutely ridiculous. I keep coming here because I give them the benefit of the doubt and still, nothing has changed. Iāve gotten yelled at, cussed at, and just given disrespectful attitude when all I did was order my food. They should really change the sign to āTaco Hellā instead of Taco Bell, because apparently they feel thatās where theyāre at. Thereās nothing, but emotionally immature adults that donāt know how to control themselves. Itās uncalled for and shouldnāt be allowed, but unfortunately, no one here cares nor does the manager.
