Not a good McDonalds. Way below their standards. I got a wrong item and my sandwich was drenched in sauce at carryout window. Called because I couldn't return. Manager took my name for call back and address for refund. After a week and no response I called and spoke to an offensive manager who said she would take care of my refund. 2 weeks nothing. Called a 3rd time and the manager said she was so sorry but knowing the staff they just didn't do what they said they would do. This comes from the owner. This McDonald's isn't good. I did complain to McDonald's Corp who said they were referring directly to the owner. Still haven't heard back after a week. This is the same McDonald's owner where I got a breakfast bagel carryout that had a bite taken out! Again no response from the owner. I guess she doesn't care about her customers. I have had good food and very nice experiences from our other McDonald's in Medina Ohio but different owner and it shows. Never again will I go to a LeAnn McDonald's. It's not worth it and she doesn't care Update. Owner called me (5 times. 3 times in a row) and immediately got in my face! He actually frightened me. Called McDonald's corporate and told them and called the # back and told the owner not to call me again or I would contact the Medina County Sheriff. He tried to bully me. What was he thinking? He assumed something that never happened. I wanted to tell him how his trainee was being handled and he went off on me about something totally different than what I wanted to talk to him about. I guess being an attorney turns you into a jackass, that's my opinion. I hope the trainee quits and goes elsewhere where she will be treated fairly and with respect all the way up and including...
Read moreAt the drive thru I had to repeat my order. Not twice. Three times. I speak loudly and clearly. So it definitely wasn't a lack of volume on my part. When I get to the window she reads the order back. That's fair. That means they're gonna get it right...WRONG. So after waiting for quite some time she finally handed me the bag. Time to roll! Finally! I pull forward and reach into the bag. They put my buddy's food in the bag but forgot my 2 hamburgers. I'm an hour from home and exhausted. I beat on the locked door which got me nowhere. So I had no choice but to get back in the drive thru line and wait FOREVER to get back to the window. No one answered the intercom when I pulled up to it even though they were still open. When I get there I say "You forgot half my order." She said, ”I didn't take your order." (Keep in mind she's the only one working this window.) So after very slowly explaining what was missing she handed me 2 hamburgers. No bag or anything... Why would you bag them? Not a single apology or "Sorry for your inconvenience." She doesn't say a word. The only thing she did was deny accountability & responsibility. She didn't give a rat's backside. I realize stuff happens but a certain level of courtesy and service is expected when buying a product from a company. Even if it is McDonald's. I DO NOT recommend this location. It's not the first time they've messed up my order and not given 1/2 a $#!+. There's lots of other choices along this strip. I would recommend ANY OF THEM over this joke of a McDonald's. A simple apology would have prevented this review. No need to respond. It will not be changed....
Read moreFirst, none of the drive thru menus were functional in our drive-thru lane. After waiting 5 minutes at the drive thru and having no one ask for our order I pulled up to the first window as it seemed this lane was unable to place orders through normal means. At the pay/order window, we waited for 3 minutes before being acknowledged (not greeted). We had a complicated order of two sausage biscuits, so naturally, the employee gave me lip and rolled her eyes telling me how hard of a day she had been having. Pull to the second window to pickup. Waited another 3 minutes only to be told to pull forward. Obviously our complicated order of 2 sausage biscuits had caused a great deal of chaos for them and they must have needed time to understand the complexity of it. After another few minutes our order was brought out along with a good deal of attitude from the employee. I don't expect much from McDonalds, I do expect better than this. Whomever owns this franchise needs to do some serious customer service training with the employees. Do better. Your prices have gone up, your service...
