Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Moore

I stop at this Jimmy Johns almost every weekend on my way to visit my boyfriend in Stillwater ( my cat tags along too). I've found the quality of the sandwiches doesn't really vary much from location to location but the staff here seriously golden.

Last summer my A/C went out in my car on one of these trips and my cat started to pant. I panicked and asked the lady in the drive thru if I could get a little bit of water for my cat to go along with my order. The lady made a makeshift water bowl for her out of a soda cup. I thanked her and apologized for the ridiculous request and she explained that it was really no big deal and that they love kitties there. I've been back probably 25 times since then and I've never dealt with a single...

I had the worst customer service here. We had gone through the drive-thru and the girl seemed put out when we were ordering. We got to the window and she was giving us the dirtiest of looks. We ordered one sandwich and then she read it back and told us the total. We had three orders! Common mistake. We were taking the drinks and trying to put them in the cup holder and she looked at us and slammed a drink down because I guess we had been taking too long? There wasn’t avocado on one of the sandwiches. We went in to tell them and they insisted it was mixed in with the cheese with (guess what) more attitude! The staff said “ya have a goodnight.” I love the food, but with workers like that... makes me never want...

I've been here a couple times now. I do not recommend it. I guarantee you could make better sandwiches at home. These are quite flavorless. Nothing about these sandwiches stick out. The bread is bland, I can't even taste the oil and vinegar they allegedly put on them. When the mayo that I asked to be removed is the most flavorful part of the sandwich, you know it's dull. I thought the Jimmy peppers might add some flavor but they just didn't put them on my sandwich even though it was a listed ingredient of the sandwich I ordered.

Save yourself some money and get some sandwich ingredients at the grocery store.
