Let me add my voice to the chorus complaining about the poor, maddeningly slow service at this location. It would be absurd to have high expectations for a fast food joint, especially a chain like Bueno, but it's not at all unreasonable to expect some decent level of service. Today it took about 20 minutes to get through the drive-thru, and this was at almost 3:00 pm - not, you would suppose, one of their busier hours. I can only imagine what the wait was like at noon. On more than one occasion I have complained directly to the corporation about this location, and I've received the usual canned assurances that are apparently as sincere as they sound. One thing I notice about this location is that every time I come, there seems to be an entirely different staff in place, surely a sign that either the company or the local franchise management isn't treating its employees well. The food is fine, though you may be fortunate if they get your order correct. (Today was rather typical: I ordered a taco platter with no guacamole, plus a couple of other items. Got guacamole anyway, and no chips and queso with the platter like it's supposed to have. I also got two bean burritos that I didn't even order.) I think I'm going to return to the Santa Fe location next time to see if it has improved any. It too had lousy service the last couple of...
Read moreMy husband came into the lobby of this location with my two sons and waited by the counter for over 5 mins and not one person acknowledged his presence. So husband decided maybe it would be better to go thru the drive thru because it looked like they were getting all of the attention. When we finally got to the speaker we ordered 3 wholotta boxes. To which we were told to then come inside to order.
So I then went in very frustrated ordered and waited. Another customer came in to order so I decided to set the timer on my phone just to see if it was just me being impatient about the lack of service my husband had received or if I was justified in being upset. The man waited 3:30mins before one of the people making the food yelled out that someone was at the front, (This person looked over and saw the customer multiple times) but took another minute before someone said one word to him.
After the gentleman ordered I said something to one of the employees about how long it took to take care of the customer the “Brandon”(that’s what he said his name was but there was no name tags and it didn’t say anything on my receipt) said ma’am if you are gonna cause a situation then I can just give you your money back. So I decided to go ahead and get my money and never walk back in...
Read moreI arrive to an empty lobby and no line. The three young employees do not acknowledge me while I stand there for two minutes with my phone in my hand ready to accept a pick up order. Finally the young women asks to help me. Then after i give her the name of the pick up order she walks away without saying a word to me. I wait a minute then ask how long it will take because i may not want to wait for it. Time is money when you deliver food and waiting who knows how long can hurt my income big time. The young man with an Afro or big puffy hair shoke his head and said someone under his break to the other guy. Maybe he's didnt realize the open concept floor plan (said sarcastically} if you cannot act respectfully toward the customers then maybe you don't need to work in a place where the customer can see your face. Why is this acceptable for 7:30pm dinner time? All I expect is common courtesy and respect. We are all just trying to do the best we can and that man with the puffy hair failed this evening. To be honest, the lack of friendliness of the whole store made me rate them a one star. Poor...
