5 stars! I just had to take a moment and give a big shout out to Kirsty at Knuckie's Hoagie Sandwich Shop, inside the Walmart Supercenter. Chris Kirsty is the real deal! From the moment I walked up, she greeted me with the warmest smile like we’d been knowing each other. Her energy? Top tier. She was patient, helpful, and made sure my sandwich was made just the way I like it ,fresh, flavorful, and packed with love.

Customer service like that is rare these days, but Kirsty? She understood the assignment. It wasn’t just about making a sandwich, it was the whole experience. She made me feel seen and appreciated, and honestly that little act of kindness went a long way. You can tell she takes pride in her work, and it shows.

If you're ever at that Walmart, do yourself a favor and stop by Knuckie’s Hoagies sandwich shop. And if Chris the GM and Kirsty’s there? Even better. That woman deserves...

The sandwich was good my problem is the sign says value meal $7.45 for 1 mini hoagie, 1 bag of chips, and 1 drink. That's what we ordered and we were charged $11.70 per meal. When we asked why we were charged so much we were told the value meal is just different somehow but they couldn't tell us how. Then another employee said it's only for certain sandwiches. If that's the case, put that on your sign. Your sign doesn't say only certain sandwiches are apart of the deal.

I should also mention it has taken nearly 20 minutes for them to refund and correct the issue and we were told sorry we're all new and aren't in charge of...

Gaucho sandwich was really good when I had gotten a sample. I have been in 4 times. The 1st two times it was pretty good. The meat was a little cold for a hot sandwich, but it was good with a lot of meat. The last 2 times the sandwich was not good. It barely had any meat and it was mostly bread and banana peppers, this was very disappointing because this sandwich is $10.95 for the sandwich alone. I probably won’t be back as much as I liked the sandwich, it ended up being a big disappointment twice in a row.
