Will never recommend this location to anyone!!! Manager was rude and irritated when we asked if anyone could take our order (even though we explained the items we were trying to order weren't available on the kiosk and we had literally gone thru every item, every category, etc to make sure we weren't missing it). He all but yelled at my husband for asking (politely, I might add) if there was anyone (him or employees) taking orders at the counter. Manager completely made it our problem that he didn't have anyone "on theclock"who could take our order and turned around and walked off without resolution. I was in shock at his terrible attitude and lack of concern regarding his customers. Not a good representation of taco bell at all!! There were at least 4 employees visible but no one including the manager was able to take our order-which to me was completely unacceptable. "So impersonal," was the comment of a fellow customer. If they want us to use the kiosk they need to be sure all available items are actually available on the kiosk. Problem solved, without having to be treated so poorly, especially in front of other guests, ya know?!?!! Not to mention everyone inside the lobby waited at least 20 minutes minimum for their orders to be completed. It was so bad that when an order was finally handed out to a customer in the lobby, the other customers clapped their hands and congratulated her for getting her order. Mind you, the other customers all said if they hadn't already paid online when placing their orders they would have just left. Smh. The manager didn't care that the lobby trash was overflowing, the entire place was a disaster,it was disgusting. . We were finally able to get our kiddos food and it was incorrectly made and missing items to top of off. This location is a joke. My husband and I refuse to eat here and only went for our teenagers who had company over at the house and this is what they wanted I told them, never again. They didn't even get to eat the food they ordered bc it was made incorrectly. Just a disappointment all the way around. The wait was too long, the food was incorrect and not all there, the location was dirty, and the manager was so rude!!!!! Sorry but I have...
Read moreThe food was pretty good for Taco Bell. However, this store seems to be focused on quantity and not quality. The A/C wasn’t working either! Hope they have that fixed quickly. I placed a mobile order for in store pick up. I stood by the counter when I arrived and waited. Cashier ask if she could help me and I said I had a mobile order. Another employee called out a dine in order and asked if he could help me. Again, I said I had a mobile order. After waiting a bit, i pulled out my phone to see if my order was ready or being made. The app said it was ready. So the next guy that came to counter and asked if I needed anything, I said the app says my order is ready. So he asks my name and looks for my order. After a short stint, he finds it bagged up by the drive thru window. When I got it, the mexican pizza was missing the extra sour cream I paid for and it was smashed, leaking out the side. Apparently, someone threw my burrito in on top of the Mexican Pizza. They made me a new one without argument. The employee helping me the most had excellent customer service. The cashier doesn’t. She seemed mad at the world. One lady came in from drive thru because they gave her crunchy taco instead of the soft taco. She brought the crunchy taco inside with her. The cashier made her return to her car and get the receipt so she could see how it was rung up before she agreed to give her the soft taco she ordered. I was shocked they didn’t just give her a soft taco for simple customer satisfaction. The face lift on the inside is nice, but there are no menu boards. They do have a flip chart menu available on the counter. And there are 5 self order kiosks. So obviously Taco Bell is pushing everyone away from customer service employees and wanting you to order your own food. Which works for me, but I know a lot of people who would go elsewhere or take forever to work the self...
Read moreI’m allergic to onions so I always ask to get my bean burritos without onion and yet they always put them on. I almost had to use an epi pen last time, I don’t trust them enough to come here again despite saying and making it clear I’m allergic. I’ve made them aware of my allergy as well multiple times. Update: still bad, night shift only. They were screaming and cussing at each other when we got to the window, and we had to wait at the window even though we put our mobile orders 20 minutes before we got there, and there was only one person in front of us. Had to wait at the speaker for 10 minutes too and took the other cars order before us despite them pulling up a while after we did. The rice we got isn’t cooked it’s hard and dry, I can’t eat onions because of my allergy and i put no onions on the app, they still put them on. Hopefully management sees this and makes some changes because I was extremely surprised, considering how much better the day crew is. I can’t even eat my food half the time, what’s the point of spending my money here? Like.. I’ve had way to many issues here...
