The smoothies and food can be great if the right staff is working.

Update for this Moore location: We will NOT ever set foot in this location again. We are frequent customers of Tropical Smoothie and often order the same things. Since a female by the name of Maranda has started working at this location, I have had to come back and have smoothies remade twice. This morning, my husband orders the same meal he always orders: the Sante fe chicken breakfast wrap without the tortilla in a bowl (since he has an allergy to wheat). Over the speaker, she makes a big deal out of it arguing that it does not come that way. We assured her that we order it often and it’s just a matter of putting the stuff that normally goes in the tortilla in a bowl. We finally get our order at the window and the “wrap” was made with the tortilla and put in a bowl... longer story short, we pull back around and I take it inside to ask for it to be remade and she has a full blown argumentative attitude about it. She tries to just take the other ingredients out of the bowl on top of the tortilla and put them in another bowl when I say he can’t eat any of it because it has all touched the tortilla and he has an allergy. She continues with attitude and a demeanor that I have inconvenienced her increasing so I ask for a refund for that item and say we will go somewhere else. She asks for “all of the stuff” back. So I bring in everything. She proceeds to ask why I want a refund, laughs when I tell her I don’t appreciate her attitude when it comes to the safety of our food, and proceeds to argue, demean and patronize me. The other female employee finally hands me money while Maranda condescendingly yells for me to have a nice day. Service industry tip: treat others as you would like to be treated goes a long way. If it were something you spent a good deal of money (and Tropical Smoothie is definitely pricey), you would not want it to...

Very bad experience tonight, went through the drive thru and when we got to the window, we were told the total and handed them our card. After 1-2 minutes they opened the window and said do you remember when we opened the window and said blah blah (it wasnt our order) it will be 5.09, well that wasn't yours if you give us your receipt we can refund you, and then you can pay for your order. We were slightly thrown because we threw the receipt away already, but we went into the side pocket and found it and gave it to them. Then after another 1-2 minutes they opened the door and said we can't figure out how to do a refund, if could you just pay the difference of .60 that would be great, so we found a dollar and handed it to them, and then they said "this is why we say the order to you when you pull up" in a very condescending tone... they had in fact not done that, and they had gotten part of our order wrong. 1. why did they say the wrong order when we pulled up, there is one line for the drive thru and only one person was behind us. 2. why did they need the receipt back to do a refund it was only us and another car. Plus they didn't even know how to do a refund, so question, where was the manager during...

Tropical Smoothie Review

I recently visited Tropical Smoothie and had a delightful experience that I can’t wait to share. I ordered the Thai Chicken Salad, and it was nothing short of fresh and delicious. The flavors were vibrant, with a perfect balance of crunch and zest that made each bite enjoyable. It’s clear that they prioritize quality ingredients, and I appreciated the generous portion size as well.

The service was also commendable. The staff was friendly and efficient, ensuring my order was prepared quickly and accurately. It’s always nice to be greeted with a smile and feel valued as a customer.
