This is by far the worst chick fil A. The manager Giselle does not value or respect the chick fil motto. I explained to her my sandwich was overcooked and asked for another. She took the sandwich and came back while my back was turned speaking with my daughter. She said, here! With a smile( a smirk.)As if she wasn't an employee, (no nice rebuttal I apologize for the inconvenience etc.)I took the sandwich, and my daughter said mom, I said I know. She said that's the same bag. I said I know, I looked in the bag." Look at here - it's the same overcooked sandwich." It was. I was truly taken aback. Long short, I ended up telling her to keep the sandwich. As I was leaving, she said with a smirk you dont want anything else? I left.
